A question for the UW reps please!
I want to change which bank account my direct debit comes out off. I've just been to the UW web-site and logged in and I can't see the option to change my details? It does say that you can change bank details in the 'my account' section but I can't see this!

I'm I being stupid, or is it not there!

    Thanks

There is a mistake there Janninew. I'll get onto CSDA tommorrow and inform them that there is an error on the site. It should be corrected in a few days.

If you go to 'Support' at bottom of the UW customer account home page. Then 'Contact US'. Then 'Email: Click here to email member services', you can send a message to Customer services.

However, I would highly recommend telephoning them tomorrow if possible to make sure they get updated correctly. I believe direct debit updates require a signature or a recording of your call to customer services for
authorisation due to formalities in the Banking System. Hope that helps.

Thanks! I knew I had seen it before, I thought I was going mad! I will call tomorrow to update my details.

I thought (hoped) that this thread had died a natural death, what with the circular arguments.

Seems not and we are once more back into the fray................and how very boring it has become.

I am a UW ID etc.

I tried to liven it up with some poetry, but there are certain people on here who do not seem to appreciate poetry.

Your not totally innocent of this though are you Jimexbox?!

Really? I can't recall ever specifically calling a new poster a 'sock puppet'. If you could point me in the direction of that post, I would be most appreciative.

Another example of superb CS from UW. I didn't expect written confirmation of my referral, TBH. Most welcome.

    Most welcome.
I'm pleased you're happy with Utility Warehouse Carmine. I filled up with diesel today, after spending over £50 in one go at Sainsbugs on Monday. I saved myself £2.26 at the pump and £2.40 off my gas and electricity. I think the Sainsbury's 5p off per litre has been extended to next week now.

I am an independent distributor with Utility Warehouse and the views I express may not be shared by the company.
