1. If I remember correctly Cardew it was you who first coined the term The Anti UW Faction.

2. It's an opinion you have but not actually true. There are many customers some of which have posted on here who find UW overall the best value and cheapest in the U.K for their combined package. Some customers even get negative bills overall. Just on energy alone with the commission paid internet energy swapping companies there are cases where UW come out in top position.

What I don't understand is that you claim you have no vested interest in trying to constantly suggest UW in a bad light yet you have spent years doing just that. It seems a waste of your precious time especially since UW is growing so fast by recommendation from existing satisfied customers through a network of Independant Distributors.

Did I? how very astute!

Doesn't make it an organisation though; just several level-headed people who understand the methods UW salesmen use to convince unsuspecting customers(usually family and friends) that UW have competitive prices; and we want to pass that message to money-savers.

Yes, I can officially confirm that The AUWF was one in a series of late night faux pas (is there a plural for this in the English language?) from the keyboard of Cardew . In the amusement stakes I would place it in second place, just behind the French and Saunders one. I look forward to more.

Yet more ridiculous nonsense to take the discussion away from its central theme. Namely, UW gas and electricity prices. Which I'm sure we can all agree, even the reps and shareholder carmine are vastly more expensive than the competition.

Go on any rep or even carmine (who allegedly blocks my posts;)) state specifically that UW provide cheap gas and electricity compared to the competition? Go on....

Back to personal points again I notice - seems you can't resist.

There very clearly is an anti UW faction contributing to this thread - so why on earth would it be a faux pas to coin such a phrase? I will gladly take full credit for inventing the term and being a member of such a faction - albeit I concede seniority of membership to Quentin!

The anti UW faction dislike the way posters with a vested interest in promoting UW, spam MSE, post misleading information about UW having competitive prices, and try to divert the discussion away from the very high UW prices.

I'm assuming from your opening line that you have never said anything personal about me? Short memory or 2 posters on same account? Who knows.

Cardew - Just out of interest do you work for an energy company?

I now its beyond believe for some on here that a customer can be happy with UW without having a 'vested' interest, but it is possible, I am an example. I have no connection with the company or anybody who works for the company, the idea of me being a salesperson is laughable! People are, in my mind probably scared to post any positive experiences on this board as we are immediately accused of having a 'vested' interest or being stupid and naive.

No I don't work for a Utility company and never have worked in the industry. I also have shares in most of the Utility companies - not UW.

I appreciate that you stated earlier that English is not your native language - and without, I hope, sounding patronising may I state that your English is excellent.

However can you not understand that I have never stated that every poster on here has a vested interest in promoting UW.

You have stated that you are prepared to pay much more for your gas and electricity for your own reasons. Nobody is criticising your decision.

That said the majority of people on this thread praising UW are salesmen for the firm. There is a determined campaign by them (and Carmine) to divert any discussion away from UW's high prices.

So it is absolutely correct to state "this thread is riddled with posts from those who have a vested interest in promoting UW"

Cardew, I would request the carmine put you on his 'ignore list'. Then you can answer his pointless promotional driven posts without fear of personal abuse. Honestly, this is a far better thread (for me anyway) when camine did me this very favour.
