Morning
So just to clarify for the reasons put forward for taking UW energy, gas and electricity, instead of just phone and broadband. Is that they bill you monthly. No one else, even carmine who is strangely quiet can offer any other reason why you should pay a vast amount extra for UW energy, instead of just their BB/phone package. Where are the rest of the UW reps, you usually jump to carmines defence when he is struggling.
Is anyone seriously suggesting that I should pay 19% (£257) extra to receive monthly billing. I am on the money saving site am I not? :rotfl:
I've never seen anybody suggest you switch suppliers to UW. If your happy where you are, stay there!:heart2: Newborn Thread Member :heart2:

I said try. I've already said it would be pointless, I would be accused of making up the figures as these show UW in a bad light.
As you here Nige, would you care to answer my question which carmine is terrified to answer?
Which question? I can't remember and can't be bothered to search all the way through past messages. The mind of the bigot is like the pupil of the eye; the more light you pour upon it, the more it will contract.

And stopped shopping at Harrods...............
And use Quentin's cashback cardIn his rush to highlight how much more he would have been paying for the leccy use on his 'cottage' (that name always flags up a funny image, no idea why) Cardew inadvertantly let it slip that he is actually paying 4000% more than he would with npower. Oops.:D
Call me Carmine....

I have to say that I am a Panasonic TV supporter. When I bought mine, they were the only company that did proper black pixels. I haven't been disappointed.
Arguably the best make of plasma/LCD, agreed.

5 year warranty included. Same price at John Lewis but crucially with HOF £27.50 from your favourite 100% cashback site and, if you wait a few days, a monster £55 off your UW bill.
Nintendo Wii £140 delivered from Sainsburys. Gotta be cheaper than anywhere else but not checked? £2.80 100% cashback site cashback and a lovely £7 off your UW bill.Call me Carmine....

As we have already established that Utility Warehouse is not for everybody, your figures would not make any difference. At least it would show once and for all that you are on the best deal for you in your circumstances.
Which question? I can't remember and can't be bothered to search all the way through past messages.
I would contend that UW energy is for no one at all. Its clearly vastly more expensive than tariffs offered by those nasty big 6 suppliers, usually in there with the ultra expensive green tariffs. I've shown how a person with a sufficient spend on the UW discount card can effectively have a free phone and broadband package from UW, with any credit given back to them. Why waste your hard earned discount trying to get the UW energy tariff down to an acceptable level? It would be far better spent in the way I suggest.
Then said person with free broadband and phone could select a cheap online tariff. This is a concept 'independent' carmine will not comment on. The only suggestion Ive had for paying massively over the odds is, er, monthly billing.0 -
Jimexbox,
Sorry to put the wind to your energy ego trip but surely you realise that you have already been answered many times over by Carmine on that energy point. The reason people don't bother to answer it is because they know that even if they keep answering each time you repeat your question you will keep asking it again and again. Its getting repetitive. I have concluded that there are three possible reasons for this.- You have a very bad memory span.
- You suffer from R.Q.S.
- Keep asking the same thing over and over until you get your own way.
Surely you realise people find it annoying. I feel sorry for Carmine.
UPDATE
Just realised what it is. If someone plays an xbox computer game they can save their place and keep trying the same part over and over again until they win. People don't work that way Jimexbox.Quentin's Cashback Card?
Let no man, advert or internet site tell me where to get my Utilities0 -
