Have you even bothered reading the posts? No one is saying you offer free phone and broadband. If you use your UW discount card significantly it is entirely possible to have a zero bill for BB and phone. You even offer add-ons if you wish and you could even make a profit.

The point I'm making, which every single UW person has avoided answering, is why use your discount on an expensive energy tariff, when you could achieve what I've outlined above. Then take a far cheaper online energy tariff.

All I get is personal insults, the best answer so far is monthly billing. What a massive intensive for me to shell out 19% more this year. Really guys you must try harder.:rotfl:

Sorry but your starting to make a fool out of yourself now! I have answered several times. Yes you don't agree with my answer, but I have answered your question and i'm a 'UW person!'

Your posts are boring now, any newcomer must think your a very strange person!

I apologise if my post was badly worded. Yes, you indeed did offer a reason to pay vastly more than a rival tariff. Monthly billing, its your choice. Do you think it would be worthwhile me pay £257 extra a year for such service?

I'm still waiting for a coherent reply from any UW reps, preferably without insults. I'm sure even you would agree the silence from a UW person is worrying to say the least....

I would contend that UW energy is for no one at all. Its clearly vastly more expensive than tariffs offered by those nasty big 6 suppliers, usually in there with the ultra expensive green tariffs. I've shown how a person with a sufficient spend on the UW discount card can effectively have a free phone and broadband package from UW, with any credit given back to them. Why waste your hard earned discount trying to get the UW energy tariff down to an acceptable level? It would be far better spent in the way I suggest.

Then said person with free broadband and phone could select a cheap online tariff. This is a concept 'independent' carmine will not comment on. The only suggestion Ive had for paying massively over the odds is, er, monthly billing.

For Vinny, now I've put it again, any chance of a reply from you? Minus any insults. Or are you you going to be childish and ask for the question again...
