From the tone of the post, if 'Charles' was Catholic he would be on the fast track to canonization.;)

Sounds like he runs a charity, instead of a company that largely depends on 30,000 distributors selling overpriced energy largely to trusting friends and family.

I trust Charles Wigoder to run a company. Saintliness is something else.

Canonization happens by grace of god not the will of man. Some people choose to ignore gods grace for their own ideals. They have too high an opinion of themselves and their ideals to listen to someone else. Some even foolishly try to prove that god does not exist to fit their own ideals. They are very vocal in trying to persuade others to agree with them. Its unscientific and against sound reason to try proof that god does not exist. That is a metaphysical question rather than a physical one. The language of Metaphysical reasoning is in no shape to answer that question.

Just as a word of help I wonder how your judgement on others will affect your own.

    When did it change ?

I thought it was originally bestowed by local dignatories then taken over by Pope Alexander III under the Roman See and more recently after deliberations and investigation by the Vatican Council under the Code of Cannon Law, & then Sanctified by the Pope.

Now God has taken all the fun out of it, I guess we won't see so many being accredited, fewer mistakes you see.

I really like the sainsburys basics curry sauce. Very good quality and only 4p a jar in the local sainsburys. The whole range of sainburys basics produce is of surprisingly very high quality. In comparison the value range of the other supermarkets seems mostly low. The tesco value curry sauce is like watery soup, how they can call it a sauce I don't know, it tastes horrible and comes in a tin and tastes of tin. The service is better in sainsburys is better as well. Less waiting at the tills because they have enough people working them and the staff are trained to show people where things are and be sociable. Tesco seem more interested in market share and profit than anything else.

I would recommend people growing their own produce in their back yard instead. Its hopefully more naturally grown then.

buying prepacked curry sauce is just wrong, ask a local Asian where is a good shop for spices, grow your herbs in your back yard, trust me it will taste much better last longer and other than outlay work out cheaper in the long run.

Where does the authority come from. Its through the spirit of god by his grace. The pope is the upholder of gods church on earth. The popes authority comes through grace of god. The original church is sanctified by gods spirit. The authority of canonization is not simply a decision by some blokes in the Vatican. I thought the whole point of gods church and Christianity is that it is through the spirit that gods will enters the world of men. How could Christ be the way, the truth and the light without authority.

Could they make it for 4p though including a jar. I can make a good curry myself as I can cook many different styles of asian food. I have grown my own herbs as well and yes it does taste better. You should try one though you will be surprised, I was. I wouldn't get the tesco's one again though. I used to shop at tescos but have swapped to sainsburys. My grandfather was a grocer during the second world war so i know a bit about growing my own because he had a 2 acre back yard he used to plant himself as well as run the shop. Much better to do that as its naturally grown. His spuds were huge compared to everyone elses, maybe thats why there are so many of us.

I think they should bring back the feudal system and give everyone an allotment

  • You are presuming that such a thing as God exists and that Budhists, Hindus, Atheists, etc, etc,etc are all wrong.

There goes that faith thing again, must be why I don't get the whole join the club thing.

if God existed he must have had a bank holiday coming up, hence the haste in creating the earth in only 7 days and all those mistakes along the way..

4p just tells you how much authenticity is included, 4ps worth. No thanks, I got taught how to make real curry and will stick to that.

Only thing I really buy in tins are chopped plum tomatoes, kidney beans and tuna chunks, strangely fresh tuna doesn't make good tuna/mayo sandwiches.
