  • One of the most likely times telephony customer,s of T-Plus would want to contact them is if they are reporting a fault on their line. So at this point it becomes an expensive business at 10p a minute from a BT Landline ,even more from a payphone, or a mobile.

At least BT who Telecom Plus are fond of knocking allow Free access for fault reporting.

Just for info and accuracy, the T+ customer fault reporting number is 08000 933 433, as with BT, free access for fault reporting.

    No that's not right either.
    It's what they pay from a T+line.
I think you're being a bit pedantic now, but as it's my middle name,

I hope that you and I can differ in a civilised manner. I suspect that we would actually get on well together if we met in person.

Yes I'm up for that - providing of course an agenda is sent in advance, and certain obvious topics are out of bounds. My energy needs are satisfied as is my ISP. I have no need for a new mobile, nor an 0800 number. I did see that UW can source me a horoscope, so maybe that could be an allowed topic.

Oooooh just one thought - perhaps you'd confirm you aren't just getting lonely at the top of Ben Nevis, and also you haven't discovered you are the only gay on the mountain?

    I disagree.
If you represent a company (rather than being a lay person on a discussion board) then you need to be specific, especially when there are lots of accusations about false claims.

I can't see how being wrong about the amounts that people are paying can be construed as being pedantic.

I wrongly assumed that when I said "T+ customer" people would understand telephony customer and not just electricity or gas. As it seemed common sense to me that if they are not on the phone system, the call centre can not tell between any other caller from a T+ customer. I will do my best to be more specific in future.

I like to listen to what other people's hobbies are and am a Taurus.

It's never lonely at the top of Ben Nevis, just usually cold, wet or both. The twice I've walked up it were brilliant days for weather. I suppose being the only gay on the mountain is easier than being the only gay in the village:beer:

They have been warned yet again by ASA

    See: http://www.asa.org.uk/asa/adjudications/Public/TF_ADJ_42467.htm

Its worth noting they did not comment specifically on any of the points of complaint or send the ASA any evidence to support their claims.

Their distributors will have you believe they dont advertise, yet they still distribute misleading leaflets.Their website still contains misleading info.

An ex distributor told me their is normal 020 geographic access number that puts distributors through to a special group that deals with distributor queries. Is this true or not?
