And bearing in mind this is a moneysaving site, surely should anyone discover uw is the cheapest as you say, then shouldn't they join via a cashback switching site rather than via a rep (and get the signing on cashback themselves, rather than line the rep's pockets)?

No, as you would discover, some people value support highly as well. If you sign up via a cashback site you loose the benefit of having somebody available to call on if you encounter any difficulties etc.

Customer support - priceless, for everything else use a cashback site.

No, (apart from describing how you sell your expensive energy - to people currently paying even more for them), you haven't addressed any of the points raised in answer to your posts.

    See points raised in posts 2980, 2981,2990, 2992, 2993!

So which is it that really bugs you ? I am quite interested now as you amuse me!

    Is it
    a) the UW marketing and customer gathering approach or

    b) The pricing? I have already told you that there are more expensive companies out there, yet you still go on about expensive energy! Why are you not on every energy supplier forum complaining about their prices?

And finally, reading your above post the penny has just dropped! Please point out to me where in any of these postings do I say UW are the cheapest?

You seem obsessed with the fact that people can make money from doing this! Do other utility companies not pay massive salaries each year to their employees? Do they not have people stood in supermarkets asking people to switch to them?

What is it Quentin? What is making you so bitter towards UW? I am intrigued! :rotfl:

Spoke too soon. Terrible fault of mine. He was doing 'research'?

BTW Quentin won't answer your last question. It's not in his interests to do so. His only interest is destroying (or rather trying to destroy) anything associated with the name Utility Warehouse.

    Rather sad really.

So uw members who sign up via a cashback site don't get the service you bang on about?

And won't even get given the martini presentation?

Anyway, weren't we told in one of the previous answers given that a rogue uw rep is doing the cashback deal via a cashback site. Wouldn't he want to help in a customer's hour of need (as well as encourage them to take out multiple utilities and give them their friend's names and addresses so they can be called on)?

And see DaveW007's experience of the uw "priceless" service:

he appears to be having trouble answering you back this time....

Shouldn't you be dealing with your own backlog of unanswered points, instead of worrying about others who post here (eg. you advised Arteta not to get involved here!)

eg You have no comment regarding the evidence about what we know does go on at your meetings, which you defended so passionately?

Gosh that's amazing, a customer who had a problem! I am shocked to the very core!

Shall we go on all the other energy suppliers forums now and post complaints about them? just for the sake of balance!

Dave, I hate bad customer service too, and incompetance, so I am not being sarcastic towards you.

Unfortuantely though, the sad facts are you read bad experiences all of the time from all of the big suppliers..

Good answer Arteta. Should have thought of that one myself a long time ago.

Quentin must be getting rattled if he's returned to attack me knowing I have no interest in answering his piffle.
