I see you UW have now launched a cashback site for members where you are are now able to use their cashback payment card to get cashback which is credited to your bill.

    Go to shop and save.

That's right. There are hundreds if not thousands of stores from M&S to Wynsors shoes. So anyone using the main partners eg Boots or Debenhams in say a shop with get 5% cashback if they shop on line they can get extra discount.

I've been hoping Marks & Spencers would be included and although I have never shopped online with them I will do so now.

    Great news.

Seems keggs has returned with more spam, rather than great news.

This scheme is a hybrid "cashback" scheme, just like any other cashback site. The difference of course is that cashback sites (like topcashback/quidco) pay you the cashback into your bank account to spend how you like, and doesn't make you pay any membership fees!

And if you really been hoping to buy M+S personalised cards online, Keggs, then if you do so using quidco you will get 15% cashback, as opposed to the uw only giving you 11.5%! Ordinary M+S shopping via topcashback gets you 5% cashback (only 4% at uw)

Use the MSE cashback maximiser to get the best rates of cashback (real cashback too, not taken to pay your uw bill)

I wondered how long it would take to make your usual snide remarks.

My answer to you is no comment

You can hardly accuse me of being snide, then say you have no comment!

Please point out which remarks are snide?

You of course always have posted here that you are happy with uw, yet elsewhere on the net you post about how unhappy you have been (eg saying the uw energy prices are "the worst" - and only today you have posted elsewhere that you have been both hot and cold in your feelings towards uw.)

So constantly telling us here in this forum you are so happy with uw is truly snide!

Save your fingers Q. I'm not interested in anything you've got to say. So won't bother answering if it's all the same to you.

My original reply was for Oldgreyfox and other sensible people.
  • Probably not surprising to anyone, I had a UW rep on the phone to me at about 8:30 tonight, wanting to offer me an opportunity to increase my income without any effort on my part, he would do all the paperwork.

all I had to do was transfer billing to UW and I would receive a "commission", apparently he can pay this without my having to declare it as income tax... He will also pay me an extra commission for any other landlords I can recommend. I hate this kind of underhanded misleading scum vehemently.

    Hi kippen

Did you get any details of the rep? If so, it would be of benefit to us all if you reported it to UW.

    Thanks

To whom at uw should we report any "underhand misleading scum" uw reps to?

Is there a free phone number?
