    Hi folks,

We can scarcely believe we are having to reiterate this warning, but please please PLEASE stop the repetitive arguments in this thread.

The same issues and disputes are recurring over and over. This is making the thread unusable as an information tool, and is generating more work and taking more resource for the abuse team than can be justified. Should it continue, we may have to consider removing the posting privileges of anyone who continues the same bickering.

If you cannot be nice to other moneysavers, please do not post.

I wish you would remove the posting privilages of people who keep repeating the same old arguments, its really annoying when certain posters post the same information over and over again!! Most of the posters on here simply can not be nice if they disagree, I don't think that will change anytime soon!

The thread has over 10K of posts, anyone searching for reliable information on UW would put off by its length.
Why not archive it and start another one with the appropriate caveats from da management ?
That gum you like is coming back in style.

"Telecom plus Plc in its trading update for its financial year ending 31 March 2010, said it has experienced a substantial seasonal cash outflow, due to the exceptionally cold weather conditions experienced throughout the UK over the last few months, which means it would be reporting a small cash positive position at the year end."

I think they'll struggle to maintain the dividend at the same level in the next few years. The shares are meeting continued resistance around the 300p mark.

I just noticed in the updated MSE Gas and Electric article. It says.

    Is UW any good.

"This is a commonly asked question, as unlike most energy companies and resellers Utility Warehouse operates by network marketing which means its customer are encouraged to sell on the product to their friends and they get commission for it.

This tends to mean it does well on feedback charts, as customers have a vested interest, and many of them are evangelical about the firm. That in itself doesn’t make the product bad, but in our view it is no better or worse than any other energy provider.

Utility Warehouses prices are included in all the main comparison services we list therefore if the company turns out to be cheapest for you it should be listed by the comparison sites and then it’s worth going for.

The main pitch of utility warehouse is that you can also get cheap mobile, broadband and home phones with it and that reduces the fee. In general we find that using the standalone cheapest providers undercut this – so always compare with those before signing up to it, see cheap home phones, cheap broadband and cheap mobiles guides for more."

Its funny how quiet its gone on here since the naughty posters had a telling off from Dan. I think that certain posters know if they keep on the way they were going they would have been banned! I'm sure the peace won't last long, they just can't resist a good argument!!

Couldn't agree more with you Janninew. Not posting just dropped in to say hello, so won't be drawn, in case anyone of the naughty people are reading this.

    How's the baby?
