    That is a lie. Parking charges are enforcable in law and have been on many occasions. You and Anne Robinson would do well to learn that and stop giving misleading advice to consumers that come here in good faith for advice.

    Many of them cannot afford proper legal counsel. Sadly they are turning to you instead and you are feeding them your proganda that can potentially cost them a fortune!

    So why do they not take everyone to court then that don't pay? Why after numerous threatening letters do they just give up?

  • I think the rights of old ladies and disabled are very important. They have a right to park near to the shops. As long as the car parks owned by the shops are not full of people that have parked there for the entire day, thinking that they can take advantage of free parking.
