My scales are not budging this week though, after my 5 pound loss last week they seem to have stuck
I have ate loads of super free foods this week, lots and lots of fresh fruit and pineapples and NO CHOCOLATE :p So I cannot understand why they aint shifting. WI tomorrow for me.

    Good evening...

I've found and tested :p (tonight) this cheesecake recipe...15 syns for the whole cheesecake :T It's probably been posted before but maybe good for newbies who have never seen it before.

    http://www.slimmingeats.com/blog/baked-strawberry-cheesecake

I didn't have the graham crackers so used digestives, and apparently the low fat ones are the same amount of syns so makes no difference. I used 8 digestives in total. It may not be dead on 15 syns for the whole thing but I cut it into 8 slices so even if you were over synning it and said 3 syns per slice....not bad for something that actually tastes pretty good.

Going to try it with a different mullerlight next time, maybe the mandarin one.

    evening loosers! :D

    well done cyclingyorkie! :T

I am very much back on track too :D

Decided not to be lazy and cycle to work this morning but half way on my tyre went flat and I had to walk the remaining 20 mins and was a bit late :( then after work I had to beg the bus driver to let me on the bus(the first one didn't so I had to wait for the next one :( ) oh well... in total I walked 2.5 hours today and my legs are killing me now!

However I was good all day, had:
*ff greek youghurt with banana and pineapple
*coffee with milk and alpen light bar
    *wm pasta, turkey and veg
*the new bananoffee activia(how many syns? it's really nice! I bought the crumble one too and will try tomorrow)
*some ham, melon and another coffee(used 4 syns on extra milk but it's the only syns I had today)
*huge salad with smoked salmon, orange and alpen light bar

Still too scared to get on the scales after the weekend :( will do on Friday...

The banoffee and apple crumble activia are 1 syn each.

Gettingthere I have had my iPad for nearly a year now and still don't have a sim for it. I just connect to wifi if I want the Internet.

Just having a curly wurly and a malteaser bunny with a cuppa, been at A&E with my little monkey again! 4 times in 3 weeks, they'll be sending social services round at this rate! Didn't get dinner so I'm starving.

Little monkey is sleeping now gettingthere, will go check on her in a bit to see how she is. Hope I don't need to take her back tomorrow, she is a bit of a nightmare with her chest. She is ridiculously prone to getting pneumonia(9 times in 2 years) and looked like she was heading that way so took her to hospital, hope I've caught it early enough for oral antibiotics to work.
