Weigh in yesterday and I maintained
so pleased. Was glad to weigh yesterday and draw a line under the week and start afresh today albeit I haven't even got to the end of lunchtime and I've had too many syns..... I must stop buying things in the metro store next to my office with very good intentions because temptation takes over and what is meant to last me a week or more ends up munched in an afternoon! or I end up putting it in the office kitchen which is a waste of money.
Today I'm having dinner cooked for me so I have let that dictate that I'll relax the rest of the day i.e. been more relaxed than I should but I'm very aware of where I'm going wrong - I just need to get it in check and be good. Oh and our consultant last night gave us a piece of paper with 105representing our syns for the week. I'm looking forward to starting properly tomorrow and crossing them off as I have them :T

Shellieholly - I wouldn't have weighed myself at all because scales are different but I'm doing the online plan so I'll just be weighing myself on Friday so fingers crossed I don't get any nasty shocks! It's totally boosted my enthusiasm for the plan if nothing else.
Maman - well spotted, I am veggie, plenty of eggs and my daily allowance of milk and some cheese in the quiche. This is my first week on the plan so still trying to get my head round everything too
Really stressful day at work today normally I'd have reached for crisps and choc by now but I'm making do with some yogurt and have some leftover quiche for a snack0 -

FE I think you and I are from the same mould :rotfl: I start every day with "today's the day I'm going to stick to it 100%" and by the middle of the day I've had X, Y and Z. My latest thing is that we're going away this weekend to a lovely hotel full board and I'm going to enjoy it and then start again on Sunday!!!!
The only thing I can really say is that we're both still here which is something and shows that we're both still willing if not yet able to move ahead and get our damn butts in gear!!!Mediterranean Mum

Wow zippy, very well done!!
Now for the hard bit, M A I N T A I N I N G ......... such a hard thing to do.All trial and error but stick with it nonetheless x
Total loss = 5 stone 12.5 lbs. / But now GAINED 1 STONE 1.5 LBS!!

Cant wait! pizza chicken with veg and a few baby boileds tonight (and maybe some curly cabbage too cuz its YUMMY!!)
i know im not meant to do it because it will fluctuate, but im going to keep track of my weight aswell as the official weigh in (it means i can alter what im doing if need be, with time to spare)
So far today ive had my fruit salad around 11, then my 2 flask cups of h/m vegetable broth, a banana and some grapes for my lunch around 1.30. also had a blueberry herbal tea thingy, and feel like a fat heffer currently
hopefully this doesnt backfire
tonight is the joyous exercise of a skipping rope (i feel like a giddy child....that is, until i fall over lol)
I have to admit i keep forgetting that im meant to eat more HEA and HEB's.. i keep thinking one of each and its not :SI'd rather try and fail, than not try and never know
