What plan are you doing? EE/original have some meat (sliced will do- bernard matthews turkey chunks are free for a the pack). Will fill you up and not make your tummy too heavy. Couple of crackers with light spread cheese?

Bet you will have a great time. I bid twice in the hope of getting some show jumping/dressage tickets but no such luck:(.
Is that the Jillian Michaels dvd? I have not used it myself but i know a few forumers on this thread have.

Great loss CH27 and thanks for all the support everyone.
Went a bit off the rails this afternoon as I got home so late and so tired - it's just been one of those terribly disjointed days and it's too hot to take any food with me.
I had a sandwich with 1 tsp light mayo and LF turkey pastrama and a load of cherry tomatoes and then before I knew what was happening I had another sandwich in my mouth - so that was another 2 slices of bread. Only saving grace is that it is diet WM bread. I also had a hard boiled egg and a large glass of orange juice (100% juice with nothing else added).
I haven't had supper (as a punishment) and can't actually be bothered starting in kitchen with anything else today. Unfortunately no cherries or grapes left otherwise I would have munched on them.
Ho hum that'll teach me to get all blase!!!Mediterranean Mum
hoping to lose 50lb by February 2013! 2st lost so far :j0
