Morning all,
Well done CH27, beanielou, PS71, Emma, HP. Welcome Jay. MedMum- as Beanie says, it could have been a lot worse so you can be pleased with yourself for not letting it escalate. That's so infuriating about the coke Blodwen I just hate wasting syns:mad: If I were you I'd go almost syn free between now and the weekend so you can enjoy the pub crawl. That's just my advice not official btw.
I think I will do that - will allow myself 5 syns a day if I need them but just save the rest for Saturday. The coke from last week didn't seem to do any damage as I lost 3.5 last night and got SOTW :j Only 1lb off my 2.5 stone award - am doubting I'll get it next week but you never know!
EE today:
B: Bran flakes (B), milk (A), banana
L: L/O chilli & rice, nectarine
T: Thai red chicken curry & rice (1.5)
S: Pineapple, Mini milk (1.5)2011: [STRIKE]Houses[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]weddings[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]cats[/STRIKE]
2012: [STRIKE]Start renovating new house (aka open enormous can of worms)[/STRIKE] _pale_
2013: [STRIKE]Lose weight[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]get fit[/STRIKE] and FINISH THE HOUSE!

wow well done Blodwen - no reason whatsoever that you can't lose 1lb this week - keep doing what you're doing and you'll do itMediterranean Mum

I've lost another 2.5lb
Well done to the losers & hello to the new people
Well done on the loss :beer:Mediterranean_Mum wrote: »having a real struggle with myself though Beanie to hold myself back from eating something more - just as well there isn't anything in the house!
Dont give up MM. I have been in similar shoes so i know how you feel. I think the only way to work through it is to accept its happening and continuing to try resisting temptation. If you have a slip up then so be it. Its not about losing weight in a short space of time but changing your eating habits (sorry not trying to tell you how to suck eggs )
I dont really know what point im trying to get across here - just wanting to offer some support and for you to know that i understand how you feel. Just keep going. The weight battle is not easy.I DID IT
Only lost 0.5lbs but I got my 2 stone award :j
P.S Well done everyone who got weighed tonight!
well done :j

great losses people!
I have weigh in today and I am suitably nervous. I was good until the weekend. My daughters made a beautiful chocolate cake - and decorated it with chocolate buttons.... I had a handful and they were so sweet and sickly they made me feel sick! Couldn't quite believe this so i had another handful later on!:(:o What am i like. I made a lovely s/w friendly curry on sunday and we had the leftovers last night. I asked OH to bring some bombay potatoes home - he did - and a pack of Indian snacks! Fatal!
I hope to have mitigated some of the damage with a long walk both last night and this morning......
I'm gradually getting back into the exercise after my daughter's exams.... but I still have to remove Jillian from the cellophane...:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -

No I'm not giving up RFD and I know it wasn't as bad as it could have been - just that I've had such a great week that I was angry with myself.
Back on plan today - breakfast as planned was salad, roasted aubergine, 2 slices of WM bread and techina; now I'm eating a lovely big bowl of frozen mixed berries, a couple of fresh figs and a pear with FF vanilla yoghurt - delish!Mediterranean Mum

Good morning
Its another wet & miserable day here in Sheffield
Went to the gym last night for my personal trainer session where they took all my measurements, (weight, height, blood pressure, bmi & body fat). I discovered at 42% of me is fat. Yes people thats 42% is nothing but lard. I think i went into shock  I keep thinking about how my organs must be covered in fat now:(
So i now have myself a plan & trainer who is going to kick my butt once a week in the gym which is scary as it means i have to enter the mens arena (ie the weights ).
So my menu for today is -
B - Turkey rashers x 2, melon, and 2 alpen light bars (Hex b choice and fudge flavour- nom)
L - WM pasta with chicken & veggies topped with Hex A 45g of reduced fat cheese - 3.5 syns for the sauce
D - Something with potatoes
Snacks - apple, pineapple, blackberries & a muller light greek yoghurt (0.5 syns) , mint hot chocolate (options 1.5 syns??) & a fat free flump (1.5 syns)
