Hi everyone
I'm new here!! Be kind
A little about me.... i'm 5ft 7in and started SW end of July 2010 weighing in at 12st 4.5lb size 14/16.... By December I had lost 2st.... sailed through Xmas and got to my birthday in January and down to 10st 4. By March 2012, I was down to 9st 5excellent.... got complacent.. up and down between 9st 5 and 10st ever since.
My birthday this year I hit target of 9st 3!! I was over the moon to say the least. Then i've had 2 holidays since then and now i'm sitting at 9st 12.5lb.
Revised target is 9st exactly and so after a total binge tonight (im talking flapjacks, croissants, biscuits, dairy box!) i'm doing it from home adn using my WII Fit for my Saturday WItonights binge may have took me over the 10st mark so i'll be happy at 9st 12.5lb on saturday.
Hurdle 1: A Wedding on Saturday.
Hurdle 2: Me and OH are TTC and so it can be a bit stressful.
So that mehope to get chatting soon and hopefully get to target and stay there!!

Had another bad week - I'm getting really fed up now and so close to giving up, 1/2 lb on this week, last week only lost 1lb and the week before only 1/2lb, so that's a grand total of 1lb over 3 weeks. I have written it all down for the last 2 weeks and have stayed within my syns everyday some days as low as 4 or 5. I wouldn't mind if I'd eaten cake / chocolate been out for a meal or drinking etc
. The only thing suggested at group is I may be 'in a food rut' so I'm off to study the books.......
SW start date 20/02/12 - lost so far 2st 2.5lb0 -

I sympathise. When EE first came out I started back at SW and that's how I was. Pound on, pound off, stay the same ..... I only stayed a few weeks because the friend I was going with changed her job and had to work nights and to be honest it was a relief.
This time around (been back nearly 6 weeks) I have started afresh and have lost a pound or pound & a half each week.
Are you doing EE? I'm following it to the letter and cooking loads of SW recipes. I also never seem to have my full quota of syns. I do write every single thing down though and have just cut loads of stuff (bread, cakes, biscuits, crisps etc) out of my life.0 -

why don't you try picking a random free food you've never tried before and trying to do something with it? i used to do that if i got bored. theres loads of crazy fruits that are free.
the other thing that can boost is switching plans and moving onto G/R from EE.0 -

Thanks, Yes I'm doing EE as it seems to fit in well with the family meals etc and was working so well to begin with. To be honest G/R days were never explained and I suppose I haven't bothered with it as it looked too complicated, maybe its an idea to try.SW start date 20/02/12 - lost so far 2st 2.5lb0
