Glasgow - was there earlier this year but she thinks I can't come (which I really can't to be honest) in August. August is my busiest time of the year as I'm in the tourist industry so it's a flying visit - arriving Friday morning and flying back early Monday morning!Mediterranean Mum

Ive done a treat tin this week and its really worked for me I made it up to 60 syns but still have at least 30 left and weigh ins wednesday, = 8 hifi bars rocky roads and choc mixed, 2 freddos, 2 kitkats, 2 ringos, 2 stars, meant when guard was down or everyone else was having a treat I always had something I had already counted plus still had odd few left for mayo or sausages etc.... and anything left wednesday I know I can cash in for a treat after weighing without actually going over weekly syns.......... Hubby still wont confess where hes hidden the scales and il admit its bl00dy kiling me now not weighing its really one of the hardest habits to break ive ever had to lol stroll on weigh in lol have a fab day all and make good choices xx
That's a great idea, I'm off to get my tin together now, thanks x0 -
Just made a really good coleslaw for lunch with a real kick to it -
1/4 cabbage, thinly sliced
1 carrot, grated
2 spring onions, thinly sliced diagonally
dressing -
1 tblspn light mayo (you could use FF yoghurt but I don't like it)
1 tblspn Dijon mustard
salt and freshly ground black pepper
splash of rice vinegar
sachet of sweetenerMediterranean Mum

Morning all,
Med Mum - please bring some good weather when you come over, June has been a complete wash out!!
Vicky - take care of yourself, forget the diet for now and get well. xx
karen - love the idea of the tin but with my chocolate problem I think I'll fill mine with mini bottles of wine!
Sarah - good luck dollie, fingers crossed that everything goes well... and enjoy the meal. x
For all those WI today - good luck!!
I stayed the same at WI this morning which I am pleased about as I have worked hard to get back on track after my kitkat and ice cream binge on Tuesday so no damage done. I am going to weigh myself on wii fit on Sunday morning to see if I have lost any more before my holidays. I think I need to do that to stop myself lapsing into holiday mode now and being a pig before we go next Mon.
