Artytarty - well done to your son.

Piglet - I don't know yet how much I want to lose: or, to be absolutely truthful, I haven't been able to acknowledge how much I want/need to lose. I started my SW journey 22/02/12 @ 17st 4.5lbs. My first personal target was to lose 2st by today; I have lost 2st 2.5lbs. I would like to have lost 3st by 14th August when DD and I go on a lovely holiday. I know my consultant would like me to set my ultimate goal but I'm just not ready to do that - yet. I know that I should be aiming to lose 5 or 6st (I'm 5ft7) but I'm so fearful of failing as it's such a long haul.

Today was lovely even if the weather wasn't brilliant. Lots of lovely happy , smiling faces - and so wonderful to see my DD so happy and joyful. The reception was brimming with laughter, aided and abetted by strawberries and cream and champagne! I avoided the cream and only wet my lips with the champers. :D

So, pretty sure that today has been Success Express again.
Snack - apple, cup of tea (skim milk)
Breakfast - 1 poached egg, baked beans, mushrooms, banana
    Lunch - strawberries
Snack - cherries and grapes, cup of tea (skim milk)
Dinner - mushy pea curry with mushrooms and s/corn, jacket potato, salad, pickled onion
    Muller light
    Snack - 1 hifi bar (.5 HEB)
I know I've not used enough HEA or HEB or had any syns (as I didn't actually drink any of the champers) but I'm full.
And have been for a 50min walk late this evening. :A
  • Morning all. Just had 'free' pancakes, thanks to piglet74 and kandfs mam.
Made the oat pancakes using the flaked pudding rice instead of the oats, they were really nice!!! Had them with lemon juice and sweetener so no syns on syrup.

I don't think there is, I was looking a couple of weeks ago and couldn't find anything which is a shame.

Morning ladies, hope everyone is ok today. I have just had a piece of Tesco shortbread (4.5 syns) it was lovely but a bad idea because now I want to eat the whole pack :rotfl:. It has been a very stressful week so of course I just want to pig out on chocolate, trying to be good, so far so good.
Slimming World - 3 stone 8 1/2lbs in 7 months and now at target :j

Thats fine, if you are full then do not eat more.

Hi everyone, back from a very wet Highland Show. I had a few more syns than I should have over the last couple of days but nothing too horrendous (20 syns Thurs) & (28 syns Fri) and couild have been much much worse. As Mon / Tue / Wed were under 5 syns each and today will hopefully be syn free I should be OK for WI on Monday but you never can tell

Hello  Could I join in please? I've been doing SW as part of a group, but as usual I get so stressed about getting weighed by someone else every week that I've had to stop. I had just about stopped cooking as all of the fun had gone out of it. I've had two weeks off, got my cooking mojo back and I'm ready to start again, getting weighed at home once a week. My start weight today is 15 stone 10lbs. I'd like (if the age of miracles isn't completely over) to weigh 10 stone.
