Weigh in for me tonight.. dreading it! I shall be buying a countdown so that i'm definitely committed to 12 weeks (even though we're away next week)

when you buy it make sure to tell consultant that you are away next week and you need to book it as a holiday, if you dont book holidays in advance when you are buying a countdown then you loose the week

    good luck with weigh in;)

Went to class last night and only lost half a pound. But hey, it's a loss.:) I must stay positive. I know it shouldn't bother me but this always happens when I go to SW. I lose SO slowly and hear people losing 3, 4 and 5 lbs and I honestly DO stick to plan and only lose very small amounts.

Having SW Chicken Lasagne tonight - from SW magazine. Bit of a faff to make but it looks lovely and made a huge amount.

Right, I'm home from business trip and finally caught up on the thread.

I've had a pretty good week so far SW wise and I am aiming for a dry week to counteract the booze lake I have had over the past month. 30 day shred has arrived and Jillian is glaring at me from the cellophane packet so I am going to have a shot at it this afternoon..... gulp

I am exactly the same but don't be like me and stray - try and stay on track because all of those half pounds soon add up - I just wish I could follow my own advice!

i did a green day yest....and i feel rubbish today...

    the extra bread

any wonder i cannot maintain within the 3lbs range (5lbs under) i have gone from eating 3 / 5 portions of white bread some days, to one (usually in the form of cereal bars, either alpen lights or the SW bars)

on a green day i would have either boiled egg or beans on toast and sometimes take an extra slice of bread and count it as syns

but today i really feel bloated after that extra bread,

if i feel like this eating some extra wholemeal bread.....what would i feel like if i went back onto baguettes, crusty rolls, baps etc.. i think it would kill me :D
