Yes, only having blueberries and strawberries, and noticed a difference with toilet habits for the better!
I may have gained tonight because I was away for a few days and over indulged in lots of naughty things but when I came back my scales said STS but my scales don't always tally with SW. So I shall see what they say tonight. I don't like this feeling each week, I feel so nervous and all I think about day is WI, actually Tues, Wed, Thurs it's all I think about! It does my head in to be honest!0 -

I am away for the weekend from Friday night- Sunday but shall be watching what I am eating, 7 weeks to my holibags :eek:Minnie-the-Minx wrote: »have bought the dreaded 'Shred'. I did it for the first time yesterday and boy what a killer! By the time I finished my face was a shade of deep red never before seen in nature and I went straight off for a shower afterwards - quickly followed by a little lie down as my legs still felt shaky! It was at least an hour after I had finished that I felt anything like normal again.
I just started back yesterday after a few weeks off it. At first, I too found level 1 extremely hard and ached for days but upped to level 2 on day 7......OMG!!! I started back on Level 1 last night but the first time I done it, my face was that colour as well. My stamina has improved tenfold now so I think after a few warm up days on level 1 I will go onto level 2, not sure about level 2 though :TGratitude is the best Attitude :T

I remember the feeling well lalamb and it takes some doing to tell yourself to get back on plan PDQ. I always found that doing my meal plan/shopping list for the week helps.
The upside is that when you have a loss, the good feeling lasts too!
I'm off on a sunshine holiday on Monday. I got my 'hot' clothes out yesterday (mostly new last year when I was almost at target) and they all fit!:j
It really is worth all the effort.0 -
hi all!!
Again, thanks to all for your thoughts. It's so strange how the smallest comment for a 'stranger' can mean everything when your feeling like world is crumbling around you.
Well, I such good plans yesterday - woke up this morning and my head is all over the place. Pulled out a muller lite for brekki as I could not work out what to have, and sat on the lap top for the past three hrs.
Decided that it's chips n beans for lunch, then I'm having hunters chicken for dinner - made the BBQ sauce last night, so that will be quick too. Have boiled some eggs this morning, so that I~ will always have 'something' to hand if I wake up feeling like this.
Planning really is the key. Might get on with a batch of soup, so that I can have that in the fridge too.
Evilsquid - thinkging of you and sending you hugs.
kjmtidea - have to say your post made me LOL. That brought a huge smile to my face - much needed right now. Thanks!
