Most people don't understand chronic pain Beanielou so it's good to have someone else here who does.
Not that it's a cure but I know that it would be greatly reduced if I were to lose weight but it's a vicious bloody circle. I seriously felt like an old woman this morning but hoping if I can walk through it over the next couple of weeks I'll be able to pick up the speed again.Mediterranean Mum
hoping to lose 50lb by February 2013! 2st lost so far :j0 -

Well ladies and gents-had a look on youtube and found level 1 of the 30 day shred as have heard so much about it I thought I would give it a go as getting bored of the Wii fit and treadmill; thought I was kinda alright fit but my god my legs thought they were going to fall off after doing it! Quite enjoyed it though so will keep at it!
Another good note-I have only lost a stone (another three/four to go) but was ecstatic in the changing rooms of New Look earlier on when I tried on the same pair of trousers I tried on last month which I got on (just!) but were tight and today they fitted perfectly! Have moved out of the size 20's now and down to 18s-16 here we come!!Debt free 2018

Evening All...welcome to any new comers.
Couple of questions if you lovely people don't mind.
Is there a limit to the number of eggs I should be eating? I am getting through 6 a week, is that OK?
I mostly do EE, but I've been looking at doing Green days as I don't really eat any meat except for the odd bit of bacon. In my book it says "choose once or twice from HExA sections and twice from extended HExB section"
I'm not sure if I am being a bit thick but I am confused by the wording. I don't get "choose once or twice from HExA"....so can I have 2 lots of cheese if I want? Then I can have 2 HExB, so anything from the normal list on EE and then meat, or nuts or more cheese? Just seems like I would be eating more? Or does it just feel like that because I'm not eating meat and the extra Hex are to replace that?
I've not had a good week this weekso back to basics for me. Just reading through everything again and want to make sure I am getting it right.

Hi HP_Sauce as a newbie i have no idea on red and green as they only explained extra easy to us. Everyone on here seems really knowledgeable so i am sure someone will know.
Day 4 of the plan today and my leader called today to see how i was doing which i thought was nice as on WW no one ever did that. I cooked a roast today and didn't eat a single bite of chicken skin and had dry roast potatoes. Veg wise i cooked peas, carrots, broccoli and butternut squash. I syned my stuffing (3) gravy (1.5) and yorkshire pud (2) and everyone else had apple pie and custard for pud and i had strawberries and FF yogurt.
I am feeling very smug if i am honest but amazed by the amount i am eating - its just hard to believe i can eat this and lose weight!Trying to save money and always open to ideas and expecting our first child in March 2015.0
