I seem to have lost my appetite which would normally be a good thing for losing weight but with sw it's probably not? I could see me putting on weight for not eating as silly as that sounds.

I will force the meals down and lose weight! Hope everyone else is doing ok, I have a moth problem in my house  so it is being fumigated this afternoon, have to go out for a few hours so might go for a nice long dog walk :j

    How does that work?

Instead of a whole day red or green you choose each meal individually on a plan.

Say neutral breakfast (using As and Bs)
    Green lunch
    Red dinner

    OR

    Red breakfast
    Red lunch
    Green dinner

    Etc

    You get 2 A&B choices.

Only thing is you must snack on superfree if you want something between meals and you must syn according to the plan you are on for that meal, for example if i wanted a red dinner of chicken veg and a baked potato you must syn the baked potato as if on a red day or use it as a B choice.

Any questions feel free to ask me, i often do mix to max days, they are fab:T

    :wave:I'm here too!

I've had a SW breakfast but am off to a party later. Was originally told it was BBQ but now heard it's caterers. So maybe caterers doing a barbecue or maybe lots of canapes. Fortunately as at very bottom of target range I can afford to indulge a bit.

    Have a good day everyone.

I have been doing SW for 5 months now and have lost 1st 9lbs, feeling a bit crap about how long it's taking to lose but I only have myself to blame!

Welcome! I'm a bit like you as I've only lost a stone since Feb but as long as I'm losing I guess its better than gaining! I know I could try harder but as this is the only thing I've ever stuck to, I guess its heading in the right direction!

Hi Emmarox - your weight loss works out to just over a 1lb a week, which is great, and 1 stone 9lb is a fabulous weight loss. Be proud.. can't wait to get there myself!

Did you try these yet HP?I don't mind quark in sauces etc but i think it has a funny texture when baked.. They look lovely but i don't think i'd be able to stop at one!!

Green day for me again today..

B - 2 "fried" eggs and toast (HEB) and sauce (1)
L - jacket and cheese (HEA) and some pasta n sauce (1)
T - chinese chicken curry and rice (HEB and 2 syns)
S - melon, crisps (4) and maybe a fudge(5.5:eek:) milk in tea (Hea)

Now we usually have prawn crackers, sesame toast, wontons and chips when we have a chinese (At least i know why i'm so big :rotfl:) so i'm trying to decide if i should make some crispy potato skins to go with the curry for this evening so that I don't feel like i've missed out.. :D

At the moment i'm trying my best to concentrate on not eating anything i shouldn't. I'm really unhappy about not being able to have crisps, chocolate, sweets and popcorn like i would on a normal Saturday but i know it's for the best :(

I did! They are really nice! I ended up eating 2 of them and going over my syns a bit but luckily I managed to stop so the rest of them are sat in the fridge still, they are calling to me though :rotfl:
