Morning everyone, welcome shala moo :)
I can't believe how stupid the people on it are! I can tell you exactly what I ate today, and when I was heavier I knew precisely why I was heavier - too much crap, not enough F&V. Idiots.

Only caught the end this week, going to have to go back and watch the rest. I have wondered in previous weeks if they really don't know how much they eat or are just playing dumb. I don't know if it's years of dieting or what but even if I'm standing at the fridge nibbling or eating something out of a bag in front of the tv I know I'm doing it!

Weather terrible again here - hoping it improves for friend's bbq tomorrow, but even if it doesn't we'll still be going round with a bottle of wine in hand ;) managed to stay around 5 syns a day so far this week (was difficult on Weds though, really wanted a Freddo!) so will be as good as poss tomorrow and pray for a loss!

Undecided between green or EE today:
B: Weetabix (HEB), milk (HEA), banana
L: L/O pasta and veg (cheese counted yesterday)
T: TBC - haven't got much in so maybe a JP, beans and salad
S: Grapes, WW yog, Kit Kat (5.5)

Have a great weekend everyone, hope the weather improves for us all!

I had a few extra syns yesterday, I few extra Mikados and a little butter on my jacket potato, it's easily done but I must try harder today!

I'm taking the kids to the local scrap store today to stock up on arts and crafts stuff to keep them amused whilst the weather is rubbish, it is a nice long walk so at least I will get some exercise. I'm really missing doing the school run this week, it's 6 miles walking a day normally.

Well after my pledge last week of starting backwards with my syns, I have to admit it didn't go to plan.

I stuck to diet coke and vodka all night, then someone silly suggested shots, then we went onto to Jaggabombs with red bull :o, then at 1am in the morning on the way home we ended up in Mcdonalds! I can't even say I would have worked any of it off with dancing as we were sitting down all night.

I was obviously very hungover the next day and just ate comfort food, and I admit this carried on into the Jubilee celebrations with scones cream and jam, chinese and pizza :o:o:o

I totally deserve my gain of 5lbs.

Back to the drawing board again, I'm the heaviest I have been for well over a year and this thought alone makes me really angry. My trousers are getting tight, and I feel terrible in myself.

I've been inspired by those doing the 30 day shred, I brought it last year but our DVD player broke and it is still in its wrapper unused. So today after work I will be starting it round at my mums house and trying to rope her in too.

Would just like to say well done to all the losers, and those getting SOTW :T I miss this not going to group and I think that is where the problem is for me. I used to thrive on the competitive side in group (not in a nasty way) but I admit Im quite a competitive person and loved getting the shineys!

I did go on the Wii last night for 20 mins so I promise I am trying :D

Woop morning ladies! Weighed in this morning at 9st 8.8lbs:D 2.5 lbs off for me. Might even make my target of being 9st 7 by my graduation - 21st June. Need 1lb off to get my club 10.

Have not eaten any bread this week which I think has made a difference, been having meat as my second B option on green. Will post a meal plan for today in a minute:)

See now this is where i get cynical, i suspect there is an element of playing up for the cameras. It wouldn't make great telly for them to say " I eat takeaway everyday and 3 burgers for lunch" and then it would be obvious to even the most brain dead that this is the reason they are fat.

I think some of them are genuinely in denial/stupid/oblivious but come on, you dont get to the size of the family this week by eating lettuce and grilled chicken.

Becks I'm completely with you on everything you say. I'm really really struggling. I'm full of good intentions but then I just can't make it stick.

I'm so caught up on the fact that I can't go to group that it's having an adverse effect on me. I keep making plans, buying the right food but then I just see other stuff or can't be bothered standing in the kitchen cooking the stuff that I end up eating completely off plan.

I'm still hovering around here which is better than nothing but when you don't have a group of people to stand up in front of it's very easy just to fall by the wayside.

I got a nice surprise this morning! Although I've only lost 5 lbs so far, I can feel the difference. :j It was pouring so I put on a waterproof jacket which last time I wore it was very snug indeed and pulling all around the middle. I was half way on my journey and then I realised it was no longer tight!

Going to have jacket spud and baked beans for lunch and Spicy Thai Bites (SW recipe) Mango & Red Pepper Salsa and rice for evening meal.

    Morning everyone

I watched secret eaters as well this week. I try not to watch programmes like this as a rule because i get so annoyed with people who say "oh i hardly eat anything, or i think its becasuse im big boned" . Then you watch them eating several take aways a week, washed down with loads of alcohol, chocolate & crisps. Are people really this stupid?

I think i have lost some weight this week as i am feeling lighter this morning so :j:j. I am doing a EE day today -

B - Quorn sausage (1 syn), 1 field mushroom, and finished off my omelette from last night - (hex a for the cheese inside although it looked like there was hardly any on top) . Omelette was a bit dry but ok & has filled a hole.
L - Chicken & Potato Salad - rocket, carrot, button mushrooms, beetroot, chicken & baby spuds
D - Cheese & Broccoli pasta n sauce (2.5 syns for the pack) with some veggies & maybe some chicken thrown in?

Snacks - muller light yog, an apple, some raspberries & as its friday i will be having my chocolate pot with crushed malteasers (11 syns for the 2)

Laying off the alcohol for the remainder of June as i am partaking in the lose 7lbs in June thread as well.
