last time i was in NY, i lost inches from the walking. it was San Francisco that put my weight on, we had nothing to do but eat!

WI and I've lost the half pound i put on last week so i'm happy with that. i seem to be in a cycle of loose a few, bounce back up then loose a few more. don't really mind as long as the overall long term is downwards!

has anyone seen this programme on channel 4? its called "Secret Eaters" and is really good. it follows a family who are convinced their diet is healthy and can't understand why none of them are loosing weight. they followed them with private investigators for a week to show them exactly what they ate, not just what they thought they ate. mindless snacking, forgetting what they really ate, grazing all day, adding dressings and extra cheese more than doubled what they thought that had eaten!

But why not try freezing some slices of live pineapple on a skewer the way people do with grapes?
