Just reading back on the posts about having binges - it all sounds so familiar! As i said on Tues, I had a post WI binge which I felt guilty about but it could have been (and used to be) much worse. There was a time a few years ago when I really thought I had cracked this weight loss thing as I found it pretty easy for a while, but actually I was eating tiny amounts and still fighting (and occasionally being beaten by) the urge to binge at times so unfortunately I think that there are many people who will always struggle no matter what weight they are, and that I am one of those people
Hoping to get some walking in today- have been planning to walk home from work for ages but haven't quite got round to it. It's 4 miles so should only take about an hour but it seems so far in my head! Have got a blister on my foot from wearing silly shoes as soon as the sun showed its face earlier in the week but have to pop into town at lunchtime so as long as it's ok then I should be ok to walk home. Going to try and do it a few times a week then walk to work as well, then try and convince OH to do it tooI'm mainly doing it for fitness but as a good MSEer partly to save money too, but as we work in the same place and normally drive in together if he drives and I walk it won't save anything.
Green day today:
B: Bran flakes (HEB), milk (HEA), banana
L: Mugshot, pineapple
T: Baked bean lasagne (OH doesn't know the secret ingredient yet, not telling til he's eaten it!) with cheese (HEB), salad
S: Greek muller (0.5), Freddo (5), French fries (4.5)2011: [STRIKE]Houses[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]weddings[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]cats[/STRIKE]
2012: [STRIKE]Start renovating new house (aka open enormous can of worms)[/STRIKE] _pale_
2013: [STRIKE]Lose weight[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]get fit[/STRIKE] and FINISH THE HOUSE!
