Didn't think of using the scales at the gym etc! I've got scales at home anyway, and I could still record everything properly!

How do I leave class though, do I just tell them I won't be coming anymore?!

I just stopped going, didn't tell anyone.

We're not allowed on the scales more than once either!

Just shows how groups can differ!

I put on .5lb last night - which given all the hassle with * is a good result. I did ask the weigh in lady to pass on that I didn't want to be grilled about my weight gain but the message didn't reach the leader who wanted to talk to me about everything - and then suggested i hit Fast Forward again!!!!!!!!!!!

To which my answer was that I am just hoping to feel well this week - yesterday was the first day in over a week when I haven't had a sleep during the day - and i did manage 2 hours of ironing.....

But I am not doing Fast Forward again feeling as bleuch as i do now..... Ad i have been starving over the past week - I am confidant that FF is inappropriate at the moment given the way I feel...... why can't she see it?

I found with my old consultant that she could never differentiate between me who sometimes had weeks off plan and others who were committed to it 110% so whenever I had a gain, I always felt like it was a really big deal and that I had to explain myself which got tiresome and was not what I wanted.
Thanks evilsquid - I don't tend to use all my syns, I'm always scared of using them!

THe thing I never understand with doing Green is the rule on superfree - how much superfree should I eat when doing green? I worry that some days I eat lots of "free" food (incl free veg) but not enough superfree to make it 1/3rd like on EE.

Would really like a loss this week.

yes use your syns and no, there is no hard and fast rule about one third superfree on green days but it was recommended to me by my old consultant and also the recommendation that you snack on superfree/free foods where possible.

Does anyone have a wi fit? we were talking about these in class last night and I am intrigued. I know nothing about them but they sound good fun.

Yes i have wii fit at home which i go on occasionally. I have the Wii fit games and Jillian Michaels biggest loser game. The latter is awful and really wouldnt recommend it.

For the past several weeks i have been looking at buying the just dance game as that looks like fun but am put off by the songs they have on them.. There are some songs that are the original artist but a great deal with some sort kareoke band :undecided

    Thanks :-)

the group I go to I don't find that useful - the first week or two was good to go, but our consultant has only been their 50% of the time (she's been either off sick or family problems or something) the rest of the time, so we get a random other consultant who doesn't know any of us and it feels like a waste of a good hour and a bit.

I have been in the same boat as you, our consultant is rubbish, is gaining weight & has their favourites. Like you i have toyed with the idea of just not going, and saving the fiver for a gym class or swimming BUT i like having access to the syns online information & there are still a couple more books that i would like to buy too.

I have chosen to attend a different group this week to compare the 2 , so will see how i get on at the new group tomorrow.

    Good afternoon ladies......and gents?

I watched the program last night too, and all I can say is OMG! Those women have some guts, pun not intended! That lady who was confined most of the time, how sad! And the one who fed his gf with the tube, how can that be a turn on?

Anyway, I'm feeling a hell of a lot better than I did yesterday.

    Food today

    B I only managed a WW yoghurt
L massive veg stir fry and a WW yoghurt with a massive bowl of fruit
D Lemon pepper chicken breast, new potatoes and salad.

Some fruit offers around at the minute that may interest some of you.
Lidl have blueberries and raspberries on offer, cant remember the price exactly but very cheap.
Tesco have loads of fruit on offer, apricots, blackberries and strawberries are all gorgeous right now!
Tesco also have lots of salad on offer at 50p inc cucumber, radishes

I went to a funeral & had a fair bit a of very unhealthy buffet.
I'm now fighting with myself to stop eating junk.
If I eat healthy i'm full but if I eat junk I just pick pick pick:mad:

I think funerals may be the one time it is quite acceptable to blow it! Be kind to yourself, they arent easy things to go to.

Now pick yourself up, find your horse and get right back on it first thing in the morning. Look at the happy smily faces in your signature, we want more of them and i'm sure you do too.

I'm just having my lunch, wasn't hungry before for some reason.

Made another ginormous pot of lentil soup.
