Feeling much happier than this time last week, weigh in -2lb, total 1st 1/2lb, so chuffed to get my 2nd sticker, lol!

The funny thing is I have had more syns this week!

Can anyone explain how many Ryvita are counted as a HEB, in the book it says 2 with F & S, but 4 with FF. I havent had either HEA or HEB today so was thinking of Ryvita with the new Kerry Low Low spread as a snack later.
SW start date 20/02/12 - lost so far 2st 2.5lb

Thats means 2 are a 'speed' option - ie if you have 2 you'll loose quick but can have 4 as a higher fibre options. S for speed SS is super speed, f for fibre ff for even more fibre or indeed for 'farts' if you have too many ff!

Both are HEB options so you can have 2 or 4 pieces. Have a look at page 7 of your book which explains the little symbols. So depending on which option (symbol wise) you want, depends on how many ryvita you have. Confusing!

Thanks Rachbc & Flat Eric. It's the first time I've noticed a different quantity for one option on HE, so was a bit confused.
Might try just the 2 as I've not had these before and am only having them for the sake of using the HE's

Well done to all - some fantastic losses out there this evening. And to those who didn't lose this week - just stay with on plan, you know it works.

Have fabulous holiday gettingthere54, and enjoy your shopping trips; you've well and truly earned them.

Have a good day food wise:
B - 2 weetabix, skim milk, blueberries, banana
    S - mugshot
    L - mixed salad, l/f dressing (.5), smoked salmon, cottage cheese, 2 ryvita (5)
S - pineapple, mango, grapes, blueberries
D - SW Quorn lasagne, baked beans (sounds an odd combination but was oddly satisfying).
    Dessert - mullerlight yogurt
Feeling very tired this evening so will be getting an early night

I have noticed that the most successful among us keep the syns well down. My general food , main meals is good but i think I over do the syns.
I baked today and have just had two chocolate sponge type buns. No icing, just a bun case of sponge.Oh& I now remember a few olives pre dinner.
I wonder what that would be in syns?
I think I may need to start keeping a food diary again. such a pain though.

I keep trying to implement an 8pm syn curfew. It isn't working.
