Just bit the bullet and started my diet yesterday, the only problem is i have a fridge full of the Glorious skinny soups and Sainsburys carrot and corriander soup...the ones in the plastic tubs.

Havent got room the freeze them and dont want to throw them out, so could anyone tell me how many syns they contain?

I am not a paid up member of slimmers world so cant access the calculator, if anyone can help I would be very grateful
    Thanks in advance

it looks like the glorious ones are between 13 and 15.5 syn a pot

    Sainbury's is 9 syn

Could you give them away to friends/family? Unless you're really keen on them and are ok with using all your syn allowance on them... I wouldn't :p

    And hello everyone :)

I'm just about to get back on the wagon after my lovely weekend :o food wise it wasn't too bad but had too much booze and probably way too many syns overall so just writing it off :o was great to see my little sis anyway and I enjoyed every single minute :p Aiming for syn free and lots of SF for the rest of the week and hopefully all will be fine :o

B is fruit(maybe with ff yoghurt)
    L hm soup, fruit
    D fish/meat and salad, fruit
snacks is coffee and alpen light bars, fruit

    that's roughly the plan :D

well done to all losers too :T

Took the plunge and joined a class today:o Think I have got My head around it , but I can't imagine I can eat all that food and still loose weight;).
    Today I have had:
    B;Mullerlight Yogurt
L: 2 small slices wholemeal bread -HE B Salad &ham
D: Beef casserole out of recipe book, jacket potato and cabbage followed by Mullerlight.
Milk in tea as HE A
Does this mean I have used no syns so far?
