I managed to avoid the dreaded vino all weekend and have stuck to plan 100% so I will be disappointed if I don't lose tomorrow. I am nervous about the scales tomorrow as I really thought I would have lost 2lb last week and put on 1lb.
good luck with todays weigh in,0 -

Its another made up recipe I'm afraid based on a nigella one
50g oats - soaked in water til soft (2 x HEB)
2g ff cottage cheese
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
separate eggs and beat yolks with cheese and vanilla, light whisk whites til white but not stiff then fold in yolk mix and oats. Spray frying pan with frylight then cook tablespoon fulls of the mixture til golden, flip over and cook the other side.
I had 2 and a teaspoon on maple syrup, the mixture made 8 so 4 per HEB - if the kids hadn't scoffed them I would hve had 2 as a mid afternoon snack to get full serving of HE
Wow they were yummy! I used quark instead of cottage cheese and I don't eat eggs by themselves so these were great to get the extra protein in the morning, should be more filling than porridge.
I've lost 2lb this week, so 11lb:j in 4 weeks thanks to reading all the inspiring posts on here, will try and post more.
Good luck to all those starting out this week and joining with the Mirror voucher!16 April 2012 begin SW - Loss to date 22/39

Hi All
Never got a chance to come on yesterday as I had unexpected visitors. Made the “Heinz tomato soup” from the SW recipe thread yesterday, I added a few big dollops of low fat crème fraiche to creamy it up a bit & a bit of sweetener & it was lovely. Got 5 portions out of it, how many syns per portion do you think?? (it was a small tub so around 1/3 of that)
I also made HM paprika bread, pancake & fairy cakes yesterday but was good & only had a pancake as no way to syn the bread.
Todays EE Plan
B- Berries melon, FF natural yogurt, 1 x alpen light (1/2 heb)
L – SW Tomato soup, apple, 1 x alpen light (1/2 heb)
D – Mexican Bake, (made by me this time) salad HEA
S – Toffee muller, banana
Exercise – Level 2 on 30 day shred, & no coffee today, green tea only.:TGratitude is the best Attitude :T

Great - coud probably do 35 g oats and 2 eggs - recipe should have said 200g of cottage cheese so 100g if you did 2 eggs - will go an edit the post and experiment.
I'm loving success express- feel like I am eating more and having 4 HE if fab - will have to wait and see if the scales thank me for it. The 2/3 super free is certainly have some noisy sound effects though!
B - apple, banana, ff yog and 28g alpen (HEA1)
S - pear and alpen light 1/2 HEB2
Lunch - cous cous, chickpeas, ratatoille and salad
S - alpen light and carrot sticks
D - salmon kedgree with salad and green veg
S - cheese (HEA2), carrot sticks and sugar snap peas
HEA1 is milk in drinks.
OK just confused myslef by reading around - can my alpen light bars/ cheese HEs be eaten as snakcs on SE or should it be just fruit/veg and have my HE with meals inc in the 1/3 that isn't SF??????People seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.
