Don't dwell on the gain, just a blip. Get straight back on plan and you'll have a loss next week. x
THanks. Feeling a bit demotivated but determined not to lose my way.
  • Well done - some great losses this week. I've not had a great day today as I went to a cookery demo this morning! It end with eating everything that's been made. I really tried hard just to have a small taste of everything but it was hard to limit some of the stuff!!!!!

I'm also feeling really tired and lacking in energy. I haven't had a period for about 6 or 7 months (menopausal) and I think my hormones are running around not knowing what the hell's going on!! I've generally had a good week (apart from today) but feel very bloated and feel as if I've put on about half a stone!

Sorry, just having a whinge but not really that down - going to try and have an early night and see if that helps.

Well done those that have lost today.....

WI for me and 3lb off :D - I had originally hoped to get to 3st off for my brother in law's weekend away but I'm only 1lb shy of that so I'm happy. Now to be good for 5 days to try to mitigate the forthcoming weekend's damage :)

    Well done, great loss. x
