I GAINED  1 pound!
Don't know what happened, but I have struggled with the concept of adding an extra B choice daily. Don't get me wrong I could eat that and a loaf of bread besides but I was thinking if I ate it then I would put weight on.
If anything I have not eaten enough on any day, and I know that you must eat to loseso I must live with the consequences and up my food this week.
That's what target is though! I sit next to a great bloke who has been at target for coming up to 2 years. Each week he puts on or loses the odd pound, depending on what he's been doing. Over the 2 years he has been in danger of going out of target at both ends, but has actually only been out of range for 1 week - and that was enough to get him rethinking......
Learning how to stay at target is hard, but you've done so well - don't get disheartened now!:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -

I've just gone back to class after having a break for surgery on my foot (I couldn't walk so couldn't get to group) and it's brilliant to be back there. I intend to keep looking at this thread as well as getting to class every week. I need to lose 3 stones (ouch! I've never said that before)
I'm doing extra easy and really try to have fresh fruit and veggies with every meal.0 -

I must admit I'm struggling a bit with SW.
I was so happy on week 1 with a 4lb loss but since then it has been 0, 0, .5, 1, .5, .5 so a total loss of 6.5 lbs in 7 weeks which is painfully slow. I have about 2 stone to lose - well, one and a half now.
My group leader is trying so hard and assures me that everyone loses with SW - it's just a case of finding out which version of it works best for me.
We have tried reducing my syns from 15 to 10 to 5 to 5 but not wine which I must admit made me feel a bit depressed and deprived and still resulted in a .5 loss.
This week's suggestion is to try Original instead of EE so that is what I'm doing - with my fingers firmly crossed of course.
I don't do much in the way of exercise so think I may need to do something there to give me a boost.
I don't want to give up on this because I need to lose the weight and I also enjoy the healthier way I am now eating but it is getting harder and harder to believe that this is the answer for me.If you're not scared, you're not paying attention0
