what a shame ( that you've been poorly). Well I guess you didnt get any exercise and didnt shop for yourself so you really had the control taken out of your hands as we all have to eat something. I dont think you did to badly weight wise considering the pain thing too.At least you have genuine reasons unlike me- started day off quite well, somehow got in a bad mood and have been self sabotaging ever since.
Woolfed down a packet of Walkers baked thingys in about 30 seconds flat and followed it by a couple of jaffa cakes. I was already at top syn level. Grrrr!Norn Iron Club member 4730 -

my 'friends' from the fish counter weren't there today so no cheap fish
the guy who was there claimed there won't be any reductions... yeah, sure...
got some salmon fillets that are on offer anyway and I have some prawns so I'm thinking of making SW fish pie tomorrow(with carrot and swede mash as I'm doing red days), will also add some mushrooms, peppers, leeks and asparagus
Today is going very well so far
B was coffee with 200ml ss milk, mullerlight(cherry layer 0.5 syn), banana, mango and strawberries
L chicken with yummy salad(with grapes and pear like last night - it a really tasty combination!)
S coffee with 200ml ss milk, 2 alpen light bars
D might be a tin of fish in tomato sauce and salad as I'm still stuffed after late lunch0 -

Hi everyone - just sat and read 6 pages of posts since I was last here on Thursday!
where to start....
Gettingthere and Piglet - seriously jealous but sooooo proud of you both and please please please don't leave the site.
Maman - you always give me such hope - 3 stone in 11 months is more my pace (hopefully)!
TIE - so worried about you, please take it easy and get yourself better. That's all that's important at the moment.
FlatEric - I could have written your post. I am sooo bored at the moment and soooo fed up with chopping bloody vegetables. I'm using my own form of self-mutilation - I lose a few pounds and immediately put them on again. I cannot get my head around the fact that I deserve this. I've been fat for so long and to be honest I really don't see quite how obese I am when I look in the mirror but when I see photographs of me beside people I think are bigger than me, I see that I am humongous but it still doesn't give me the push I need - I have this awful self loathing and don't think I deserve to be thin(ner). I punish myself for losing weight by stuffing myself as soon as I see the scales drop - it's disgusting.
I did a charity walk on Friday morning - practically killing myself - walked 6km in just over an hour and actually felt like I'd had a really good workout but then I spent the rest of the day filling my fat face with the wrong foods because I hadn't prepared anything.
Friday night dinner was good but then I made a cake and determined as I was not to eat any of it, I started and then forgot to finish!
Saturday was not much better and today has just been more of the same.
I'm sick and tired of dieting and I think it's because I just don't see the results quickly enough. I know it's taken me years and years to put all this weight on but when you follow plan 100% and lose only 1lb it's so demoralizing especially when you have stones and stones to lose.
Sorry for the rant but I'm really fed up with myself at the moment.Mediterranean Mum

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but the cherry layer mullers are 1.5 syns - I thought they were 0.5 as well but I checked the syns calculator and they are 1.5 syns. The only reason I get them is cos they are in the multi pack with the orange ones which are my favouritesMortgage Aug 22 £280,000
