:(, but I will give it a good go!
A previous consultant said that the good thing about FF was that it made you really glad to get back to EE and food optimising... I can see her point!
I'm not going to post what I eat because you have to ask your consultant for this plan.. but if anyone wants to know how it's going then please feel free to PM me.
Hope it works. x0 -
Artytrty - I am a huge fan of porridge on S/W - I try and soak my oats in a little water overnight and then cook them with a splash of milk. To sweeten mine I add fruit - i always have a banana in it and usually some mixed berries too.... hope this helps!
Survived my first day on FF! I am really looking forward to being back to EE!!!
I don't but several members of my group have stirred a flavoured FF yoghurt into their porridge to make it taste sweeter - something like an Activia FF or a Mullerlight.... might this work for you?:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -
Hi S/W's, I am new to this thread but 3 months into SW and honestly have just been lurking here and have picked up so many tips just reading the threads, only 5 pounds to target now as well!
Eternal sunshine, I see you are from NI so am I, where did you get your meat parcel from (I know SW doesnt endorse these any longer) but would like to get one as well, would love a sausage and not a quorn one which I hate!
Welcome. I'm 5lb off my target as well (well to be exact 5lb off getting back into target range) I've been struggling but will get back there. Loads of helpful tips and advice on here. x0 -
morning
so I ended up drinkin 4 bottles of Koppaberg cider last night! LOL
48 syns are gone for this week but apart from it it was a good day SW wise and I look forward to another one today
Not really planned the meals yet, but having coffee with milk now, a mullerlight and a bowl of fruit...
Hoping to get some reduced price fish(and meat?) later so I can cook lovely food all week and not spending too much money
wishing you all a nice day0 -
czerniacha - how did you get your reduced meat and fish again? i have to visit mr T etc later and was just curious lol..
going to invest in a slow cooker this weekim thinking it might help on the way to shifting. since i gained .5lb this week i want to have lost at least 2 to make up for it. (in my head anyway)
alisara - a friend of mine goes to a group here that says there is a 'man in a van' that sells SW things outside their class, like meat parcels, ready made SW meals etc. have yet to find him to have a look for myself though lolI'd rather try and fail, than not try and never know

Thats a great idea to stir yogurt into porridge, thanks. I am trying to eat fewer bananas as I think they were giving me feet cramps in bed.Apparently about 5-7 a week is ok but fewer if you are older. I know a few at group who claim to eat 20 a week! Apart from feet cramps I think they were reducing my "throughput"!Norn Iron Club member 4730

Well!!! Where to start? I have a recurring condition that is incurable but manageable and when it flares up its usually not a problem. Its flared up BIG time so have just spent a night [early morning through to late afternoon] in hospital being 'managed'
[was Fri-Sat] . Food was terrible and after the week i've had have gained 2lb  mostly my fault so can't complain, closest I've been to target since getting there though. Hopefully will get back on track when 'everything' settles down, can't cope when in pain
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
