    thank you :A

i cant and wont give up, i wont let it beat me, i ned to keep it off for the rest of my days,

the support on here is unreal!!

im still being very good this week, but i am going out for food and drinks at the weekend for my wedding anniversary, so i dont expect a loss at all next week, which was why i was pulling out all the stops all month, so i could afford a gain next week, but not with one this week (and the week before last) :o

i know its only 2.5lbs in 10 months, but its  grrrr when u have been good and theres no explanation,

this is bearing in mind i take Xenical...tho for the last month its been Orlisat as Xenical was out of stock, but its the same thing...right??

spot on, xenical and orlistat is one and the same thing.
I think when you celebrate your wedding anniversary you should eat what you fancy within reason, chill out and you never know your body may just produce a loss :rotfl: it has happened before and will again. I have heard people say this, apparently your body gets used to having so little so now and again eat a bit more and its supposed to jog your metabolism back into gear :rotfl: give it a try, and good luck :j

Total loss = 5 stone 12.5 lbs. / But now GAINED 1 STONE 1.5 LBS!!

    46 weeks!

thanks, i just didnt feel the Orlistat was working as well as the Xenical did, but it must be working the same....its all in my mind...:o

funny you should say that.....most of my big losses have come after a weekend of celebrating, or a holiday etc....i even lost 1.5lbs xmas week, and 1lb new years week :D

yes, honestly they are the same, I used to take them a few years back, it's just a supply issue sometimes, I remember asking my doctor because I thought they were different and he said no they are the same :) so worry not.
Please celebrate your anniversary and do not worry, sometimes I think that we can all become overly obsessed and hung up ( I am the biggest culprit of that ) :D

    Hi
have just found this thread by googling and have skimmed a few posts but missed loads so please forgive me if all this has been said before. I've done SW in the past and have all the info on red and green days. I'd like to try EE and I think I understand how it's done but how does soup fit in? I've got the SW Little Book of Soups and it gives syns for EE but doesn't explain how you fit soup into the plan. It's the rule about 1/3 veg that bothers me. Does a helping of syn-free soup count the same as a plateful of free food which is 1/3 superfree? Or is soup more of a snack on EE?

Whilst away my partner has decided that we will eat like a king and queen :rotfl: his words not mine! :D
He said no mc d s***e, it will be all proper dining :D and I am to pick whatever I want and he will pay :D He is so thoughtful and supportive.
I plan on eating either green or red days, will see when I get the menu, but there will be lots of walking too so hopefully the damage wont be too severe :rotfl:
If I fancy an ice cream then I shall have one, cos I cant really start adding syns up can I? :D I will just do moderation.
I have also chosen my meal on the plane :D low fat! :D
Hope it's tasty cos if not Richard Branson will feel my wrath :D:D:D

Just one, that's a good reason to behave! :rotfl:
I also have another reason to stay on track, a certain JEALOUS man at the class who only stays to class if he has worked out that he has won SOTW or SOTM.
He takes the money and asks everyone how they have done, he knows the good losers and the continuous losers, and when he sees me he always says, Oh! look what the cat dragged in. The jealous B******
His face last week was a picture, he thought he had got SOTM and had a face you could slap hard with such a smirky grin on it, so when the consultant said, slimmer of the month, he looked at me and grinned, then the grin was wiped off his smarmy face when my name was called.
He got up pretty smartly and went outside with a murmered comment! Absolute classic.

If it's this, it's free evilsquid.

    thank you! :D

i might have to go to morrisons more, our tesco seems to be cheaper but hardly has anything in and only seems to cater for chavs wanting ready meals and booze  the M fresh stuff is so much nicer and has a massive selection, DH was even shocked to find a box of proper ginger root and turmeric roots (i think thats what it was anyway - i was trying to rush round and he was acting like a toddler going "look at this! ohhhh look at this! LOOK!" at everything).

it depends how you want to look it, my homemade soups are all just SF and stock, with potato or squash in it so i count them as free and don't bother eating more SF food because i know I'm getting a massive chunk anyway. if you follow the strict 1/3 must be SF then id guess you'd have to add in a small side salad or some fruit for dessert. also depends if you do 1/3 SF per plate or 1/3 SF per whole day and you felt you had enough over the day to be 1/3 SF.
I have also chosen my meal on the plane :D low fat! :D

oohh let us know what it's like! were back off to new york in summer and i was thinking of ordering a veggie one because I've heard they are the best options for dieters but if the low fat ones good ill have that!

are we not all here / there for the same reason...to do the same thing....

god...and the say woman are b****es....!!!

at least you have lots more support, virtual and otherwise here!!

we are all behind you, to get you nearer ur target for florida!:D

dont try and be good on holidays tho, i once lost 5lbs in NYC for ten days, dont know how all the eating and drinking i did!!

i think the walking must help!

allow yourself a gain, eg say "i dont mind if i put on Xlbs...anything more i will be cross" and see how it goes..

i allowed myself a 3lbs gain for xmas, so to loose 1.5 was:j
