Spring into Summer 2012 with Slimming World

Hello girls, been reading not posting - I get breathless just reading all the pages of posts. Also sulking a bit, I gained another pound this week. Ok it's got to be my own fault but I am not galvanised by our consultant. Stomped out grumbling and when I got home realised I'd left behind my book and card. Suppose I should contact her to see if it was handed in, probably was, who else would want to be me? So I must REALLY CONCENTRATE and remember who I'm doing this for. Me.
Now, I guess we all get Martin's :money:weekly MSE email, right? Did you see our SW recipe thread got a mention? On the right of the screen more than halfway down!:money:
Well done all you losers, and the rest of you come and jump on Dizzy's driverless tank with me and we WILL lose this week:D:D
:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

Well..
Club 10 achieved and a massive 1.5lb loss so thats 2 stone in 10 weeks.:jThank you. It's not that I want to set a low target, but I want one above the supposed yellow healthy weight section. I am naturally very curvy, and without having a bust reduction (which i'm not planning!) that weight isn't how I want to look. I want to be a toned size 14-16, because that's how i'm happiest. just worried they will tell me that's too heavy by the chart. also i've got quite a lot of heavy muscle from sea swimming.

You pick the weight you want to be at. I'm dress sized focused too, I walk alot, swim when i can and have a hour glass top heavy figure :rotfl:... I suspect I will be happier slightly above "Perfect weight" too.
That's fantastic :TTry to be a rainbow in someone's cloud.0 -
evening
another good day(more or less)
I do kind of mix to match(or whatever it was called - half green/half red) as I'm still having my veggie pie for lunches and fish+veg for dinner... Only noticed last night that sweetcorn isn't free on rednever mind as I'm still well below my syns for this week
Also had a few mint chocs tonight but I am pretty SURE chocolate is superspeed for me! LOL (it really was last week! :P )
B was slice of toast, activia 0% and 1/2 melon
S coffee with milk and alpen light
L was veggie pie, plum and grapes
S latte and alpen light(was drooling over carrot cake but decided to be good and stick to the alpen light)
D was salmon and hm coleslaw(with a bit of xl mayo and total 0%), slice of toast
I'm feeling good about the choices I make atm and I will stick to it... however I will try to do proper red days as soon as I run out of the veggie pie! :P
Hope everyone is doing welland wish you all a good day tomorrow too

Good evening all,
I have some good news but somehow I don't know if I have done the right thing.;)
Firstly I stayed the same. A dead 12 stone. I really wanted to get into the 11's but alas it was not to be
When I got weighed it was mentioned that I really did look skinny in my leggings.
I was asked again about setting my target, maybe now or quite soon.
I had a think about it and decided that I would set it tonight.
So now I feel quite guilty that somehow I have cheated!
I got my lovely target certificate and my last ( ? ) shiny certificate.
I should feel elated and over the moon, but I don't.
Have I done the right thing?
Does anyone think I have cheated?!
I set my heart on the 6 stone but have only lost 5 stone 8.5 lbs.
I am now wracked with guilt thinking oh! heck, what have I done. The only good thingis that I don't need to pay anymore so long as I stay within my target range.
My thoughts also went to Piglet, she has done so marvellously well, :j changed her target a whole stone and is now struggling.
I feel like I have copped out!
I could not face being a failure, please forgive me! :rotfl::rotfl:
Well done to all the losers, sts, strugglers and cheats! :rotfl: ( that's me ) :rotfl:

I completely agree!
Our last consultant said of the extra easy plan and recipes that we should always try to add the one third superfree to our plate because it wasn't always included in the recipe particularly if its a red/green recipe. If soup, bit difficult to have salad.... so I would try to include as much SF as possible in the actual soup.
Oh my, I can't believe that. That shouldn't be allowed. He should be banned from getting it.
Errrm banned from getting what exactly :rotfl:
Well done losers and those with NSV's :A:A:T:T:T:T
I have lost my mojo a bit this week, had lousy weekend food/health wise. Too much carp and lots of scary pain. Will hopefully pull myself together and back on the tank after ECG on Friday, also have to have a fasting blood test at 9.40am  will be soooooooooo starving by then. Have ordered some Alpen lights [from Mr T] to munch in the surgery after blood test and while waiting for ECG. Hopefully all will be fine and I can move on.
Keep the faith folks :A:A:AIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Try not to feel guilty about this, you have done so well and if people are saying you look skinny take heed, I didn't and kept going and now look haggard. I have the same issues with the scales and talk the talk about ignoring them and going by how your clothes fit. But I still obsess over the numbers
If you really want to lose more to reach your original goal give it a few weeks and enjoy being at target then if you really want to you can reset your target by 7lb.
So for now ENJOY being at target, this sofa is soooooooo comfy
and remember ' YOU ARE WONDERFUL AND LOOK GOOD TOO' :A:A:A:A:AIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
