HALF POUND ON!!!!!
I have one of my best MONTHS ever, and it has not shown on the scales..............
from SOTM last month, to nothing....no headway at all!!!
i didnt go over 9 syns any day this week, exercised portion control, was running, swimming, walking, circuit training...
im soooooooo annoyed...
i know its only a half......but whats making me really mad is that the total lack of progress this month!!!!:mad::mad::mad:
tho i did have a NSV last nite, i got into a pair of skinny jeans, size 12:j
size wise, i dont want to be any smaller, but weight wise (12.6), i do want to be smaller...and i know i should be smaller :mad:

I was hacked off big time. I have been given the fast forward diet and the consultant is ringing me to discuss it tomorrow!:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -
Well not a good week. Harf on. Need to give myself a talking to. Sneaky syns creeping in take their toll after a while.
Well done to all you losers. Watch this space for a loss next week. I need to get a couple of pounds off this week to feel like I am getting somewhere. Comiserations to the gainers and stay the samers. I think we need to look at what we lose over the course of a month as sometimes fluid can affect a weightloss in my case I think the fluid was wineGood luck :T

I'm really struggling to balance using lots of super free foods with each meal.
I'm not a great fruit & veg eater.Try to be a rainbow in someone's cloud.0 -
FF is so different - you have to choose from a very restricted list and according to a stand in consultant we had recently it works - but she went to bed hungry every night - you can't just pick up a piece of fruit or nibble on a carrot!
You have to weigh/count EVERYTHING!
I will report back when I've talked to her tomorrow!
It was made harder by sitting next to a TARGET member who had put on 1lb but admitted to noshing a tub of icecream! I wouldn't ming if I had been naughty - but I HAVEN'T!
I nearly got exposure cycling back from swimming on Sunday.....:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -

Nothing to tell here so will go staright into today's menu- EE:
B: Porridge (HEB) with cinnamon and a banana, milk (HEA) throughout day
L: L/O roast veg and Quorn chicken pieces with bulgur wheat
T: Thai chicken curry and rice (curry paste= 1 or 2 syns depending on amount, will try the coconut Greek Muller method as long as OH doesn't find out, he hates yogurt! (0.5))
S: Fresh pineapple, passion fruit, Rocky (5.5)

i got weighed behind and in front of 2 people who lost despite being very BAD...
both had said..."them scales are wrong"!:D
when i got off the scales and said, "half on, cant understand that" the girl behind said "i would be happy with a half on i was so bad"....she lost 1.5lbs, the one in front lost 2lbs:mad::mad::mad:0 -

I'm not a great fruit & veg eater.
i started SW doing "1/3 of my day super free"...as opposed to 1/3 of each meal,
i got 5 stone off that way, the consultant knew thats what i done, and didnt have a problem with it, but on the night i got my 5 stone award she said that her boss was now telling her it should strictly be 1/3 of each meal.
i now do it 1/3 of each meal, but my losses are all over the place, but i think thats cause im close to target,0
