Ah.. I am not going to florida, but I will be going on a 'beach' in the states, and I will be strutting my oh so confident self along many a high street this summer. I feel fab and I am only 10 weeks in.
I won't be wearing a bikini... hate the things, but I will be coming back with a new wardrobe full of clothes
I don't want to loose weight to look good for the holiday (but the extra bottom space in those pokey plane seats will be grand. ;P ) but because all that extra lard was down right depressing - proof being -- how much happier I am now!0 -

2 asda custard creams (syns)

Helllppp!
Sorry I haven't been posting in there much. I have kept loosing, 2 stone3 pound for me now.
I'm hoping someone can help me with a question.
Is there an upper limit to the target you can set based on BMI?
I thought that with SW you could set your own target, but something that was said at our group today made me think that isn't the case, and they will not accept a target which they consider too high.... anyone know the details? thanks0 -
Lost 2lb bit dissapointed tried really hard0

7lb is very ambitious for a weeks loss - better to loose 2lb a week steadily than 7lb and yoyo about - sw isn't about quick weight loss its about changing your mindset and your eating habits for the long term.People seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.

2lb is average, it's off and not on, so congratulate yourself :j and don't push yourself too hard.
If you lost 2lb per week for a whole year you would actually have lost 7 STONE!
Now that's nothing to get disappointed about is it?
Carry on regardless, some weeks are better than others, your body will tell you that
Good luck for another fab week xx
