HALF POUND ON!!!!!
I have one of my best MONTHS ever, and it has not shown on the scales..............
from SOTM last month, to nothing....no headway at all!!!
i didnt go over 9 syns any day this week, exercised portion control, was running, swimming, walking, circuit training...
im soooooooo annoyed..
i know its only a half......but whats making me really mad is that the total lack of progress this month!!!!:mad::mad::mad:
tho i did have a NSV last nite, i got into a pair of skinny jeans, size 12:j
size wise, i dont want to be any smaller, but weight wise (12.6), i do want to be smaller...and i know i should be smaller :mad:
Oh! Piglet I am so sorry, I know you have been super duper good again this week and knock backs like this are sent to try us. I know, as well as you do, that you will get there eventually { a week or two later than planned } but your time will come. As sure as eggs is eggs! Keep on in there girl cos good or bad things catch us up! Bet you next week you lose the lot! Now that would be something, so carry on regardless and concentrate on that wonderful star shaped ***** target ***** certificate !!!!!!!!
Just think how far you have come in such a short space of time!
Now plod on and here's to next weekxx. Hugs. X

part of me is sorry i messed with my target, but the other part of me knows that at 12.12 i was too heavy anyways!!
its my 5th wedding anniversary (1st not being obese!!) at the weekend and i will be going out, so i am not holiday out much hope for next weeks weigh in, but i will bo good when i can be good, and enjoy myself when i am out,
what kind of week did you have getting there?...or almost there as i think i will call you0 -

i need to stick with it, i have lost 78lbs in under ten months, so at the mo, its as important to keep that all off, than to get the last 9lbs off,
i just really wanted to be done within the year (10 weigh ins left) and going by previous form i really should be able to loose 9lbs in ten weeks, but its just the past month, its been so slow, and erratic, and i have got nowhere (same weight today as i was on the last WI of March!) :mad:
everything i tried in the past (change of exercise, success express, cutting back on syns etc) is now failing me!
but i got to keep on being good, and see wht happens

Just two weeks today. Got tomorrows wi then next wed wi then the following Monday so that's a short week x

It's taken 48 weeks so far.
I do feel good though, and recently I have noticed that I have got more energy, can walk with a spring in my step, almost run!! ha ha :rotfl:

My partner has been brilliant with his unending support, with him and my kids I probably could not have come this far.
He rang me last night and told me that he has just paid extra for an upgrade so that we can have more leg room on the plane, how good is he?
I jokingly told him we must ring up Walmart, JC Penney, Marshalls, Florida Mall etc to give them forewarning that we are soon to arrive :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I can see their profit margin go up SUBSTANTIALLY!!
I am trying not to stress myself out for my last 5.5 pounds cos' I know I can get there, even if I put on a couple of pounds whilst away ( not intentionally ) but will be looking to stay pretty much on track.

It is so frustrating trying to lose those last few pounds but it seems to be a common theme and you mustn't be too hard on yourself. Enjoy your wedding anniversary :heart2: and have a few treats.
After that, I would go back to basics and have a re-read of your book. You are probably sticking it to the letter but when bored on my commute to work (usually when I am caught up in traffic (on the bus)) I often dig out my book and I am amazed by the stuff that I have seen a hundred times before but which has never registered?!. Perhaps keep a food diary and share on here just so we can see that there is nothing creeping in that shouldn't be there..... Are you measuring everything ?? I to be honest would also be inclined to up your healthy extras for at least a couple of days a week - thats what suggested you do when you are at target (i.e. an extra healthy extra option rather than more syns). Hugs anyhow and well done for your amazing loss so far :T:D:beer:
So I have been along to boots and weighed and this would suggest a maintain but I know by the time i get to class tonight and my lunch has settled that this will probably turn into a gain.
I have been thinking of menu ideas, I just need to write them down and get myself organised. I came to work with no lunch again today so as its weigh in day and its a new start tomorrow, I have had a sandwich lunch from the supermarket. Hmmmm.
Back to weigh in talk, as I mentioned, our consultant doesn't go into chapter and verse if you have gained and usually the member gets a clap if they have gained because we concentrate on their achievements so far which could be a huge loss. It does seem a bit random though clapping someone that hasnt been going very long to group and has had a week of takeaways and nights out with the resulting gain! All in all though, our group is really friendly and for some members the gain can be devasting but usually there are underlying reasons - medication/ilness. Its so nice when the following week, whatever it is has righted itself and they get the gain they rightly deserve.0
