    :o

I just cooked a few potatoes and a large cauliflower,
will let them cool down and mash... add a chopped and frylight fried onion, some garlic, an egg or two and a bit of milk and spices... I'll then fry them with a bit of fry light or bake in the oven depending how they turn out :o

I am very experimental in the kitchen and only ever read recipies for ideas and never really follow them... I'll let you know if they turn out nice :)

also bought the ribena really light as an exciting alternative to plain water(as I don't seem to drink enough of it sometimes) :)

    did I hear right that it's superfree&superspeed? :D

I agree with you about recipes, Cz; I read them, get ideas, many years later look for the original recipe and by then I have moved so far from it that it's unrecognizable!

I'm not sure that any drinks are counted as super-anything except plain water, but happy to be proven wrong. Blackcurrants are superfree and superspeed, but if you look on page 19 of your book where drinks are listed (Storecupboard Staples) none of them are marked as being super.
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!
