Thankyou Missli I have had a few hot curries which have done nothing except make the baby dance around like a mad thing, I am on my birth ball alot which gives me little pains that turn to nothing, I have still not scrubbed the kitchen floor on my hands and knees as lots of people have suggested as frankly I can't be bothered! and unfortunately my DH is too nervous of upsetting the baby by 'visiting' if you know what I mean!!! But will stay hopeful a bit longer nevertheless

trouble is they put the fear of god up you and you believe them because they are supposed to be the "experts".only after when you look back you think i should have done what i wanted to.and you are so tired and just want the baby to come out safe that you give in.i did stand my ground and had no blood tests at all with last pregnancy as i didn't want any and to be fair,once they knew i wouldn't back down they stopped asking!do what is right for you,aslong as you are both o.k.thats all that matters.good luck!

Argh I feel like, even though I subscribe to three beauty boxes, (Jolie, Lux & SSB) I've not had one for ages. I did cancel gb but that seems to be the only one sent on time!

Hurry up!!

Am I right in remembering that the SSB was sent the beginning of June, but nothing else has come during June? I've lost track!

In one of my magazines (Pick Me Up or something) there is an article about how women brought on their labour.

You've tried most of them but have you tried..........nipple stimulation? The woman in the mag did this by breastfeeding her exisiting child but,as you don't have one, you might have to ask DH to do the job

Apparently you don't necessarily need to have sex, just a very strong orgasm - so get out the rabbit and a big pack of batteries :rotfl:

Rose, writing a letter of complaint about that particular member of staff, whether you send it or not, may help you to get your frustrations out. If it were me, I would send it because I wouldn't want another lady to feel how they have made you feel. It's very unfair that someone should make you feel like that over such a beautiful and lovely occasion. Good luck with the arrival, however it happens!xxx

Have Lux taken payment for your next box? They haven't from me, and I've had no responses to any correspondence. No-one ever answers their phone!

SSB should be sent out Monday.

Good news about SSB though - looking forward to getting that as I need more eyelashes :cool: (although I think I said before, I'm happy with eyelashes :eek: )

Has anyone (other than bloggers) actually got their 'June" Joliebox yet? I keep an eye on joliebox hashtags on twitter (for delivery info as I got my dispatch mail over a week ago) but some bloggers are posting what products they got - I want my contents to be a surprise so wont look anymore!

Edit to add - I just checked and I'm on a three month subscription with Lux, started 8/5/2012 and have only received the May box. Also I did write to them once, regarding one of the products that was damaged (The Rosebud Perfume Co. Mocha Rose Tube - the bottom wasn't sealed properly so it oozed out the bottom when you tried to squeeze) and never got a reply.

So that's Lux & Jolie that haven't delivered their June boxes (hmm... that's not so good)
