Thats a shame fairydust as that lipgloss was really lovely. Nice boxes, but their customer service is appalling.

I wish the boxes were more spaced out throughout the month like they used to be.

saraann- Thankyou, I too worry I am going to look back and wish I hadn't caved in but fingers crossed it will work out ok. Unfortunately I think I got too much of a scare to wait longer x

    Willowbee - Thanks very much :) x
You've tried most of them but have you tried..........nipple stimulation? The woman in the mag did this by breastfeeding her exisiting child but,as you don't have one, you might have to ask DH to do the job ;)

Apparently you don't necessarily need to have sex, just a very strong orgasm - so get out the rabbit and a big pack of batteries :rotfl:

Thanks PB, might give these a chance before bed, nothing ventured nothing gained!!

Rose, writing a letter of complaint about that particular member of staff, whether you send it or not, may help you to get your frustrations out. If it were me, I would send it because I wouldn't want another lady to feel how they have made you feel. It's very unfair that someone should make you feel like that over such a beautiful and lovely occasion. Good luck with the arrival, however it happens!xxx

Thankyou :) I think you're right and once I'm done I may do it, I wouldn't want someone else to be as upset or pushed into something more easily than me. All going ahead for tomorrow, just hope I don't end up regretting it.x

Good luck Rose, hope everything goes to plan and LO (IT) makes an appearance the way nature intended rather than by stupid intervention.
    Grannyx2 x

Thanks Gx2 :) Not holding out much hope for natural means now sadly, but hopefully the extra few days has done IT good. It has gone from back to back to side on, therefore will now probably be in the correct postition for labour which in itself helps x

Anyway see you the other side ladies! Looking forward to a couple of boxes on my return for post labour pampering, a girl can hope! xx

In one of my magazines (Pick Me Up or something) there is an article about how women brought on their labour.

Still no Joliebox - having serious withdrawal issues here!! I've resisted blogger spoilers so far but definitely starting to weaken now!

    All the best today Rose80!

I could really use a beauty box to distract me right now, my nerves are so frazzled, I just nearly killed the cat! I ordered a little omelette pan from Argos, it turned up today so I thought I'd give it a go. Pressure must have built up inside it and the whole thing flew off across the kitchen! The cat was eating her lunch and it was lucky she didn't get hit. She's hiding under my bed now. And the omelette/mess on the floor wasn't even properly cooked!

I offered, she won't go near it bless her. When I check on her she just glares at me from under the bed, anything that goes wrong is blamed on me!

It's one of those pans with two halves, so you don't have to flip the omelette, just turn the pan over. I can see now why it was such a good bargain, I bet they've been exploding in people's kitchens all over the country:mad:

That sounds a good idea in principle. I've resorted to absolute cheating, and now use a microwave omelette maker from I think Betterware. Got a similar egg poacher too! :o:D
