Now had this message from Amitee -

    Hello,
We would like to inform you that the June box has been delayed due to delayed delivery from one of our suppliers. We will be sending an email to inform when the boxes have been dispatched.

  • Hi,
Has anyone tried the Etat Pur Micellar Cleansing Water yet from the You Latest in Beauty box?
Used it twice (at bedtime) but I'm not sure what I make of it yet.
Their website is a wee bit overwhelming but looks as though their prices are quite good and they seem to work on targeting very specific areas/problems.

I tried the micellar water last night and was impressed that it took all of my make up off & didn't redden my skin. I used it on my eyes with no probs (I wear contact lenses so have to be a little cautious). I found it better than the Vichy micellar water that I tried (gentle but not very effective) and it was more gentle than the Taaj micellar that I had from Jolie Box (the Taaj smells lovely though!) The Etat Pur site is really interesting. It's less overwhelming if you fill out the questionnaire and let it recommend things for you :) (I mustn't buy any skin care until I've used some things up...)

Still no Jolie Box here - the post has been and gone :(

    I've been Money Tipped!
Message on JB Facebook page that their courier has c@ck€d up and we probably won't get them till next week now. So a box paid for on 21/5 will get here in JULY!!!

Makes it easier to decide which box to cull, I suppose.

Sounds like I'll like the Etat Pur one then, current Cleanser is nearly finished so will try that one next. Thanks

I hope you like it :)

The only thing I forgot to say is that I don't wear waterproof mascara so I don't know if it will remove that. It's lovely and gentle :)

Really looking forward to trying it now, I have been trying to decide which cleanser to pick next and you helped me make my mind up.

Oil will remove waterproof mascara/eyeliner etc. Olive oil, Argan oil etc. Massage it into the eyelashes and it dissolves the make up so you can wipe it away. It's really gentle so doesn't dry out your eyelashes.

I like it, but I do feel it leaves a bit of a residue so I have to ignore the advice not to rinse. I always like to remove cleanser fully before putting on moisturiser.

It isn't as good as my Liz Earle (to me) but I'll definitely use it all.
