I just signed up to my first beauty box with She said beauty. Can i cheekily ask what everyone thinks of this company's beauty box's and what you have had in the past? I think i'm going to try the whole one at a time box thing and see which fits me best. xx

gingerandrubarb - thanks for the cleanser advice, a few of the other ladies on here said the same thing so I do think I'm going to give it a go. Up until now I have just used oil free everything and am still suffering!

I've had the last 2 she said boxes, (they have only been going 3 months), I have liked most of the stuff, there has been quite alot of makeup I think if that's your thing, the only thing I don't like is you usually get some sachets of things, which I find a bit fiddly. They're definitely worth a go. You can see online what the other boxes have contained if you google "she said beauty box may" etc. I think all these boxes are quite a high standard, I think my 2 fave are Glossybox & Amarya x

Missli - That's a bit of a shame they're all coming at once. I agree GB seem a little unprofessional changing the dates so often, you'd think they would have everything organised in good time.

I bought a 3 months sub and have been happy with the contents though don't ask me to remember what they are:rotfl:you should be able to see the last 3 boxes online.I like the box and packing they come in and have reused the boxes for gifts:)I had an email offering me a 25% discount if I went on to buy 6 months sub but decided against as would cost circa £58 and I have lots of box stuff not used yet but would sub again as have got some points(which I hope will stay with me) to go towards a free box.
currently waiting for 1st GB but like others am already annoyed as it will be late.I alos but LIB as like it that i can see what I will get and order 1 at a time

I stupidly didn't get Glossybox via TCB as I was a Carmine switcher (but did use TCB for SSB with 3 month sub) so what date would I be better cancelling Glossybox and going via TCB? It's confusing me due to them seemingly taking the next months money out around the same time the previous months box gets delivered.

I'm hoping if I manage to catch it the day the box gets dispatched I'll not miss out on a month?

I've only had a few: 2 X Amarya, 1 X She Said Beauty and 1 X Lux box.

For me, the outright favourite is Amarya because the products are all-natural and they are the products that I would normally choose to buy and use anyway.

Lux Box was a suprising hit - but it was their first box so I'm waiting to see whether the second can live up to the first.

She Said was okay - I knew what was in it because I bought it after it had already been delivered to subscribers.

I've ordered this month's Glossybox - purely because of the cashback and free p&p and because the birthday box is "supposed" to be good..........but we shall see.

The only one that I can see myself continuing with long-term is Amarya.

It's not going to be easy unfortunately! If you cancel then re-subscribe soon after a box has been sent out, you will get that one again, so you have to be careful. You could cancel now as your payment will have been taken for the box dispatching next week, but wait to re-subscribe once this coming box has sold out, I'd probably leave it a good 2 weeks. It will hopefully say on the website when you go to re-subscribe which box you will get.
