Has anyone else had this e-mail? I can't say that i'm overly bothered that they are stopping the monthly boxes, they had gone a bit rubbish and i've had a few issues relating to a delivery.

Oh no, now I want one

The SSB email is really annoying especially as Moth and I have been doing our reviews religiously to get points!!!!!

You won't get a free box I don't think. How many do you need? I have 1720 and they said that wasn't enough but they will offer me some sh***y poopy Joliebox kack offer.

Maybe they watched the review where I slated all but the £1 mask in my box ;-) yeah that one view it has will be them. Sorry guys its clearly my fault! Hahaha.xxx

Emslovesmickey - iloveyou. Now ordered my LIB calendar!xxx

My pleasure :) I reckon if they do them next year they will be cheaper on the off.

Ordered the Espa Glossybox on 4th.
Wanting to use the giftcard in time for Xmas.
If I'd realised how the Hermes courier and tracking information worked I don't think I would have bothered.
It's slower than anything else I've ordered and that includes parcels from the US :-(

Lisyloo - that's a huge shame. It's a fantastic box and worth 3x what I paid for it (I got it at the cheaper rate), the products are lovely too.

I'm normally a little bit of a snob with products but these are fab and my equally beauty-snob aunt who runs a salon has just informed me (on receipt of her Espa box for her birthday) that its one of her absolute favourite brands.

Mine arrived really quickly so I can see why it's annoying but it'll be worth the wait!xxx

Well I got the December GB today... urg. Spoilers in white text below -

Lemon by Mary Greenwell edp - I was excited when I saw this, love the smell of lemons. But it smells like old lady floral perfume to me, absolutely horrid!

Sleek True Colour lipstick in Stiletto, a matte bright red. Awful, again. I'd never wear this.

Seche Nail Lacquer in Memoire which has to be the ugliest nail polish colour I've ever seen.

La Potion Infinie - this may actually be good for my skin, looking forward to using it, not that I can afford the full size!

Rituals Magis Touch body cream - smells AMAZING, going to give it to my mum.

GB Blusher - I don't use the stuff, I have rosacea, waste for me.

So, two things out of 6, one of which I'm not keeping and the other is good for about 4 uses if I use it sparingly. Glad I cancelled, just wish GB had been more prompt in replying about me cancelling so I wouldn't have got this box at all. Oh well.

Just received the ESPA box, so now a happy bunny.
The shower gel smells lovely and it was a bargain (well basically free) with the giftcard, and currently free delivery on the ESPA site.

I saw the GB products of this box in the webpage and I think there is only one product I would like to try. I am happy my subscription is over! That doesn't look like a good box for Christmas... they could have prepared something more special.

I just used the £5 off dermalogica code and I paid £2.70 (instead of £7.70!!) for climate control lip treatment and got a dermalogica deluxe sampler for free! A small treat for me!

My box was slightly different, I had
    Rituals body cream - 70ml - value £5
    Ayuuri Face wash - 200ml - value £5
Seche Nail Lacquer in Lumiere, pretty orangey colour - value £10
Sleek True Colour lipstick in Candy Cane - bright pink - value £5

stupid vial of perfum that cannot in my opinion be given a value or be counted as one of the items

and Glossybox powder blush - looks ok and is bonus item so shouldn't complain.

However, yet again it seems there is a distinct difference in the value and quality of the items sent out with some receiving a product costing £147 for the full size and another costing £5. Although I don't know the size that was sent out of the £147 product, I do know that I'd rather receive things like that than something that I can try for £5 myself if I wish to.

I am seriously having to rethink whether I can even be bothered with Beauty Boxes next year, as each month I just feel cheated.

That's where I am Granny. I have now cancelled all beauty boxes and will only buy LIB boxes that I want the contents of. I am sick of all the rubbish. For the amount I've spent on beauty boxes, I could have bought the oroducts full size that I really want to try! It was exciting to start with but the novelty has gone and the boxes have gone so far downhill they're below sea level.

WOW. The £147 product came in two sachets of 5ml each, so 10ml of product totalling £21 in value. That's ridiculous.
