    Morning Happy Birthday Caz:beer:

School sent a text all children must have suncream on, my 11yr old said I don't need it:mad: I turned round he has put on his top, sweatshirt and padded jacket:rotfl:anything to not wear cream.

No T's for me today as hospital appointment:(
Hugs to all those going through a hard time at the moment.

Nikki if I don't post again today good luck with your op tomorrow and I am looking forward to mummylala communicating for you.

    Have a lovely sunny day.

Love the padded jacket:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Good luck with your appt today, just off to register Nannylala, gawd knows how she'll get on;)
Hmmmm....Just had an email invoice from Milk and More for £10.98. Interesting. May require a phonecall me thinks. How did the rest of you get on in the end with your issues with them? TIA

You've just reminded me, I've not had a phone call back yet. They are a nightmare to deal with, well they were with me, I got every excuse going and all they wanted to do was refund my milk & more account, not my bank account :eek:And that was a "goodwill gesture on this occasion only"
    Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:

the dudes guide is so good i agree it should be on the first page of every thread, have seen it before and very very worthwhile reading
in fact i would suggest it is added in full text in your second post that you have reserved for emergencies:D?what do you think??

Good idea, but I will need to PM him first to check if he is OK with it.

  • I also received an email this morning billing me for £20.44, i have called them, as i had the original £10 refer a friend code, then 2 £5 codes where i have also reffered a friend, so my bill should only be 44p.
Have called them twice now, to be told the same thing over and over again.
I am being told that to redeem the original £10 you have to have a STANDING ORDER.
now to me a standing order is via the bank, to which i have done.
but to milk and more customer services, they are trying to fob me off saying that a standing order means getting the same thing delivered every day.... ie, 2 pints of milk delivered mon-fri...
what a load of rubbish, i have clearly read back to her their own terms and conditions and nowhere on there does it state this, in the end i was getting nowhere with her fast so have demanded a call back by someone more superior to her within the hour, so a waiting game now i suppose.
If i dont hear by lunch time, i will just cancel the direct debit.

Oh no :( Doesn't sound good does it? Well I haven't used any of the items that I purchased yetso I think if they start playing games with me I'm going to just tell them to collect the items as I don't want them any more. Poor customer service and not clear at all when we made the orders. Thanks for the info x

    Thanks nahteb20,fourp and morsep :)
I have been back looking at the posts and its like a little community,I hope I have something worthwhile to add soon,I have had small a DTD refund before on a jar of curry sauce that should have been reduced I never thought of actively looking for items that could be DTD :) I'm still trying to get my head around the price checker thing (I'm sure it'll click eventually)
There was so much more I was going to say but I think I've overwhelmed myself.I do now have a little pile of coupons for bread mix sat on my desk which I am really happy with as I make my own bread (in bread machine) and I usually buy the multigrain mix anyway so I will now have an extra £8.50 in my pocket every month just thanks to that alone!

    What a lovely morning :)

    Happy Birthday Caz

No time to stop today, or read back too much. Too many names to mention but I am well impressed with the new non-smokers, the bubble wrap tip, and especially The Dudes tips. Thank you to all of you for posting.

Hello and welcome to the new faces - feel a bit cheeky saying that as I am pretty new myself!

Sometimes I wish there was a smile button on each post, as well as a thanks button - so many posts make me giggle or smile: :)

Had a great whoopsie shop last night with 75% off meat and cream. It was about 7.30pm - not a time I am often near Ts so a great find. AND, even better, I finally found the scan machine!!!! Surely it can't have been there all the time :o

    Have a great day - Happy T-ing.
