this one , i think is wrong.

last year one of our local car washes was closed for a while as a bird decided to nest in there, but one of the employers(sat staff ) didnt know this and let cars through:eek:. thankfully where the bird was nesting, didnt get to wet, so they left the car wash open.

    :T :T:T well done 1/10 :)

    Morning everyone.
Happy birthday to Caz. I just came into work and have got a lovely bonus from my boss, yippee! Wasn't sure if it would materialise so assumed I wouldn't get it. Result.

I also received an email this morning billing me for £20.44, i have called them, as i had the original £10 refer a friend code, then 2 £5 codes where i have also reffered a friend, so my bill should only be 44p.
Have called them twice now, to be told the same thing over and over again.
I am being told that to redeem the original £10 you have to have a STANDING ORDER.
now to me a standing order is via the bank, to which i have done.
but to milk and more customer services, they are trying to fob me off saying that a standing order means getting the same thing delivered every day.... ie, 2 pints of milk delivered mon-fri...
what a load of rubbish, i have clearly read back to her their own terms and conditions and nowhere on there does it state this, in the end i was getting nowhere with her fast so have demanded a call back by someone more superior to her within the hour, so a waiting game now i suppose.
If i dont hear by lunch time, i will just cancel the direct debit.
It`s nice to be important, but its more important to be nice.

Re milk and more i had £10-38 taken out my account.

I emailed them and the day after a CC lady rang me and apologised and put £10 credit back into my account .
