While we're on the subject, you can never be too careful while driving. Three of these are popular travel legends. Which story did I just make up?
A grandmother dies on a family vacation. Car thieves take the car with the corpse inside.
A road worker throws a stone over a ledge and discovers a fifty-year-old wreck.
A man in a huge SUV becomes lodged in a car wash and starves.
A family mistakes a breakdown ramp for a rest stop and is run over by an out of control semi.:o:o:o:o:o:o:o:o

It's funny how your mood can change from one minute to the next as until visiting mum this evening I was on a high from the most fabulous whoopsie shop ever was evening singing to myself in the car on the way home. Glad no one else could hear me.
Got £38 of food for FREE, just because thanks to Zippydoodas post the other day I remembered to look for 3 things that were in that meat multibuy and a first for me whoopsies were a mega 95% off. Added my basket full up and they came to less than the money that was going to be taken off so Nikki got a bottle of comfort to spend some real money, even got 10p off that. :rotfl:
And shop before that was pretty good too, veg crips still a bargain. :T Stocked up with 75p frying pans just in case Frequent needs any spares. And did a Lala and got some 10p/75p flowers for mum and me. :T:T:T
Lovely shop:TAnd well done on getting your comfort, but especially well done on the flowers, just off to arrange mine from last night:)I have posted in support of the experiences of Celebrate but was going to add some personal experience along the same lines as you have posted. I have always felt very uncomfortable about how my mother died in hospital but have never been sure whether, at the end of the day, it would have made any difference if we insisted on further treatment or had the funds to take her elsewhere. My mother was, as far as I'm concerned, killed off early by the syringe pump injection of diamorphine(don't judge this comment yet).
We were told that that there was little that could be done to keep her going and they were withdrawing support to allow her to die. They expected that this could take several days. In the meantime they put her on the diamorphine but within minutes of this starting she died. I was shocked and a little bit angry to see her go so quickly. This clearly, to me, killed her but I was in no mood to take it up as one part of me was relieved but the other confused. The moral question for me here is whether this was technically euthanasia? To this day I still wonder about it.. should I have pressed for more help?...was it in the end the best thing?
Can't go on now. Getting too emotional and irrational:o
Artha I had exactly the same experience as you with my dad:(
Morning all, hope everyones well,it's bright and a bit chilly here this morning. Got stacks to do today so will be popping in and out. No T's for me today unless a humungous glitch comes up and I'm deliberately not putting my make up on (I never go out without make up:rotfl::rotfl:) in the hope that'll stop me going out;) And Frequent are you posting on a phone because sometimes I can't make head nor tail of your posts:p:p:p:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
3dogs I hope you and Mr3dogs have a good day, great idea for him to get out for an hour a day:)
Was just going to put here's hoping for a lovely glitch and the remembered I'm not going out today:(Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:0 -

this one , i think is wrong.
last year one of our local car washes was closed for a while as a bird decided to nest in there, but one of the employers(sat staff ) didnt know this and let cars through:eek:. thankfully where the bird was nesting, didnt get to wet, so they left the car wash open.life is like a loo roll. the nearer the end you get, the faster it goes.0
