thanks for the tip. i made spahetti and meatballs last night, wasn't very impressed with myself... my balls didn't seem to hold together (he he, too rude for 10am?!). I followed a recipe too but it didn't use egg to bind them together, maybe that's where i went wrong

Please can everyone look out for a glitch on liquid laundry wash or liquitabs pretty please. It has been dawning on me over the last week that although I have a life times supply of fabric condition (and can also supply my eldest and probally the other two for life as well if they ever get their own places) But I think I am about to run out of laundry liquid

Last week I found some liquidtabs Persil and comfort and I think I bought these with a MOC in Sainsburys for extra nectar points so they must be at least a year old. They ran out this morning so I have been routing around in the stores and all I found was a box of Tesco non bio powder. No idea old old this is but it must date from MOC and bonus points days so it could be 2 or 3 years old. That must be the last time I bought and used powder.

The box is huge, all visitors have gone home or are going so it will last me 2 or 3 weeks but what then .......

    So I desperatley need a glitch :D

What a great day to be off work.

Still can't find where the hole for the washing whirly gig in the lawn so got a new ground spike from MrA, looking forward to a day of drying without the noise of the tumble dryer.

    Morning all,

So excited going to meet another Elite 11 today. :j

Thanks for everyones replies/PMs with regards to my mum, phoned the hospice this morning and mum's palliative care nurse has already been on the phone to her and instructions are ring GP straight away if happens again. Didn't realise but she is due visit tomorrow anyway so I'm going to make sure I am there. I don't always go as think it's sometimes nice for mum to be able to discuss things without me being there but this time want to make sure nothing is overlooked.

Happy Birthday Caz, I'm guessing here that it is Caz2703 we are sending our best wishes to. :)

Calmspirit take it easy, hope you have a speedy recovery. x

Nikki, time for your op has come round very quickly, good luck and no doing anything you shouldn't. So glad you have NannyLala to keep a check on you. :)

Celebrate definitely Ts and HoC, much too nice to be stuck indoors. ;)

I'm sure there was someone else I wanted to mention but I didn't take a leaf out of Fudges book and write it all down as I was going. :o So sorry but I have read everyones posts and there have been a few that have touched my heart so thinking of you all. :):):)

For my local MSEers fizzy hints of eldeflower & lemon 10p some stock, orange no stock SEL 10p at TP but orange SEL 41p and scanned that at FB, loads of stock too. :( That was last night.

Off to pack couple of Ts bags, before my rendezvous. ;)

    Morning all!

    Happy birthday Caz.
    Hope you're feeling better Calmspirit.

Mini moan - Why do people offer things for free on some sites then when you go to see it they want cold hard cash!!!
Went yesterday to pick up a few things for my cousins new flat that she'd been offered free for them to turn round, after she'd seen them and was really pleased to be given (so much so that she'd bought a few bottles of wine, flowers and chocs for each person), for them to then turn round and demand a lot of cash for the item. One case was a very old washing machine that needed repairs (about £50's worth of work needed) the guy asked her for £100!!! Each and every person asked for some money for the items that they had offered her for free even though they were going to take them to recycling centre so she just told them to do that because she didn't have anything to give them cash wise.
We reported a few of them to their freegle/freecycle/greencycle groups for asking for cash.
The worst one had to be a guy offering his dog for free on Gumtree, she turned up, fell in love with the dog for him to say there had been a mistake on the ad and he would be looking £40 for her so he knew she wouldn't be used as a bait dog, my cousin was happy to pay this because she was spayed, chipped and vaccinated but he said his GF wanted to say goodbye and would we be able to call back today to pick her up. That was fine so we left her and aranged to pick her up at 12pm today, since then the guy has phoned and texted every 30 mins changing the price, the terms and when we can pick her up. At the moment he's looking £300 for her so we had to tell him she coulldn't afford that and to sell her to the supposed guy who's willing to pay that for her. We're leaving at 10.30am to go to the pound and see if they have anything suitable for her and her partner. I hope she finds something because they have been deciding whether to get one for a while and now that her hours at work are sorted she knows there will be someone with the dog 24hrs a day.

Sorry for the longer rant than I thought

Im sorry, but I would tell him where to stick his poor little dog.. He cant think much of his little dog or his priority would be to find a happy loving home for the little mite!!!!! I hate people like this... Ive given some of my puppies away to people that I know will give them a loving home... This was all I asked of people was to give them loving homes.... oh and to keep in touch with me as well as sending pictures once a year!!!!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: not too much to ask is it!!!!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
