Thanks Karen, It makes me so mad . I really don't think this idiot has thought things through. They claim to be doing what they are because they think it is wrong for people to take advantage of the mistakes these companies are making. However, have they stopped to think why these mistakes are happening in the first place.

Tesco has a fair number of Senior Directors, all sitting happily behind desks, claiming high salaries and expense accounts, living in the lap of luxury, whilst many people are struggling to make ends meet. Muppet Mark thinks that by helping these fat cats, they are working to the better good of mankind. Erm, I think not you lunatic, these stores employ people specifically focused on price integrity. All Mark it doing is allowing these people to do a shoddy job while he does their job for them, free of charge.

If he wants to do charity work, why doesn't he do it for a more worthy cause like the peace hospice. There are so many charitable organisations that are crying out for people to help, yet this self proclaimed vigilante is working purely to line the pockets of those that are sitting pretty in their huge mansions, reaping the benefits of massive retirement payouts and luxury lifestyles all round.

Mark I hope your 15 seconds of fame with the media is worth it. Perhaps if you read some of the posts on this thread it would bring home to you the real reason why communities are built around finding bargains. OK not everyone needs to save a few pounds or so on their weekly shop. These people will simply find another hobby to follow, whilst those that genuinely rely on the money saving tips will fall deeper into debt and their family will have to forgo the essentials they require to get through day to day life.

I hope this post doesn't offend anyone. I will add that these comments are my own personal opinion.

I hope you sleep well at night knowing how many people your vengeance trip is affecting. Get over whatever trip you are on and consider those who need and rely on finding a good deal on essentials like food and clothes to live a life without poverty.

My cousin died this week. She was in her 50's. Yesterday, my stepdaughter's mother-in-law died. She was in her 50's too. It makes you realise that you have to grab every opportunity you have in life but also not let silly squabbles with family/friends become too big so that they become insurmountable. Make sure you take the time to tell the people in your life that you love them and do something nice for them so that they smile. Let's all try to make the best of today. x

Lovely thoughts Issyc, I hope you and your family are ok, I think you are spot on. My Dad was only 44 when he died and I am fastly approaching, it makes you very aware of your own mortality

Oh man, on Tuesday afternoons I go and do a singalong at the old folks home near me and one of the old ladies (Betty) died on Thursday.

I've just had a phone call from her son asking me if I'll sing her favourite song at her funeral.

I'd love to do it for her but I don't think I can get through the song under the circumstances, I'll blub all the way through it :o

Should I do it or tell her son that I don't think I'd be much help and probably set off the whole congregation? :(

The song is Release Me, I sung it every week for her and she would get out of her chair and just sway along :A

PS can someone pm me the knife glitch please? thanks :)

I would do it, I think it would be lovely for the family - Betty obviously spoke about you to her family - and I think it would be of a help to you IFYKWIM?

You will be fine, just think of the congregation as your normal weekly audience :A
