:p Yeah, but the added value is in pix of lickle duckies etc etc on the clothes. Can't get that on the average suit, can you?

Mind you, not until the advent of the low rise trouser did I realise how many adult men wore cartoon animal underpants. Could have lived a long and happy life without those particular visuals...... :rotfl:

I have been nowhere near a chazzer for days. Have been loading some donation bags to go into them, the first leaving tomorrow. Kid Bruv will take it, when going about his errands. I shall go in another direction to restock with the essentials; milk, bread and prosecco boxes (empty ones).

How are you getting on? Must be exciting spending Christmas with one young child and another on the way - how many weeks to go now?

Thank you, we've hit the 24wk point today (otherwise known as viability day, definite intervention should she arrive early) so about 16 weeks left, she's due mid April.

DS at almost 16 months was old enough to understand presents and be a bit excited by them as well which was adorable :rotfl:

Next year will be fun, DS will be two in the September and DD will be 8-9 months old so likely mobile :rotfl:

I've already bought second-hand Xmas dresses for her in 6-9 month size :)

:p I am also deficient in the toiletry department, never mind the luxe B & H gifty sets. In this life, some folks have and some folks haven't, hey? :rotfl:

No chazzer shopping today, just a brief dodge throught the wet snow/ sleet/ hail/ freezing rain (it varies in caliber, just never stops) for groceries at Sainsbugs. Loads and loads of YS for pennies, yay!

Went for a little waltz around the local chazza shops yesterday - was surprised that they were all open and quite busy too. Didn't get anything and no signs of unwanted prezzies being displayed yet. Today found me in Otley and in my fave 99p shop I got a BNWT, M & S, cling resistant half slip in ivory. So pleased as twas just what I need for my recent purchase of a jersey dress that has a tendency to climb up my tights! (Can't remember the last time I wore an underskirt tho as most things seem to be lined and washable these days.) Twas a really pleasant, (free), bus journey there and back today in glorious sunshine tho was bitterly cold out. Had a lovely chat with a complete stranger on the bus, two little girls were singing seasonal songs, (quietly and in tune fortunately), on the back seats and an elderly gentleman paid the fare of a teenage boy when the driver couldn't change a £10 note....just wish life was always so pleasant!! So far we haven't had any snow but the forecast for overnight tonight is dire...a continuous & heavy fall of snow lasting 7 hrs

My DH's aunt gave me the B&H Vintage Rose gift set :( .... and a chocolate orange.....

All my in law's know I dislike both. We're concerned about her mental health on several counts. She also gave DsS and DH Xmas money as well as gifts but only gave DS gifts. We're a bit worried tbh.
