If it's a copy, they are asking too much. I bought a very good fake Prada nylon bag - the strong black version- for about £10 in Bangkok....

Not necessarily when you compare the cost of an original Chanel medium 2.5 to the original of your Prada bag.

I work in a charity shop and if it is a copy we do NOT sell it.
Counterfeit goods should not be sold.

    I agree with this.

My bargains yesterday were 4 jigsaws (my latest hobby).
2 x 'hardest jigsaw in the world' (double sided) - 1 is smarties, other is dalmations. Only 529 pieces but box says 'feels like 4000'
1 x 'impossipuzzle' (double sided) scrabble tiles - 550 pieces
1 x chameleon from BBC Earth 500 pieces

2 for £1.00 Air Ambulance Shop.

Pws52 - I often look for full length slips for summer nighties - got a beautiful cotton lawn one last year for my holiday.
There's a fine line between something being a fake and a copy, but either way that bag is overpriced! I'm sure someone will buy it and pretend it's an original!
Still donating & not buying but TBH haven't seen anything that grabs me lately.

Been looking for a crystal ship's decanter for OH for a while and finally spotted a lovely patterned one today for £10. New they're well over £100 so I consider that a bargain considering that OH has been after one for ages and I've had to stop him from spending an eye-watering amount on a new one!

Someone got a wonderful bargain this week which I just missed out on! A Tiffany-style up lighter floor lamp for £28 in one of my local c/s shops but as soon as it was on their FB page it was snapped up!

Discovered a gem of a second hand charity antique shop - no tat just brilliantly priced unusual things!

    Well done. :T

Isn't it a wonderful feeling when you've been looking for something, even considered buying it new and there it is! Just what you wanted. And a bargain to boot.

I missed out on one of those glass thermometers with floating temperature balls the other week.
OH would like one (he's not said as much but I know he would) but this woman was paying for it as I walked into the hospice shop.

The annoying thing is that most people don't post their location - going on and on about your bargains just makes the rest of us burst with vexation. Please mention your location when posting, says Beenie of Chelmsford.

Im torn here to be honest, If they state its a copy and not attempt to sell as genuine, and someone has donated it to a charity and they price it accordingly it cant be so wrong, to be fair work mates and friends give me stuff they dont want and i sometimes give them to charity and i wouldnt know if they were fake or not.I wouldnt have a clue half the time ,:(
